Pastors’ Corner

Pastors' Corner

Since our launch, The Stream has sought to address the issues of the day with insightful commentary and Godly wisdom. We gratefully acknowledge pastors everywhere who do such amazing ministry day by day, on an even broader scale.

You see the changes in our culture. You know your congregations are facing radical new issues at work, at school, at home and on the internet. Some days you’re probably thinking, “I didn’t know I was signing up for this, and I don’t know how I’ll ever find time to study up for it all. If only someone would put it down for me in a way I can use — in a package meant for pastors, with ministry in mind, not just theory.”

Informative, Practical, Ministry-Oriented: A Resource Meant for You, Pastor

Enter the Pastors’ Corner — curated by Stream staff specifically to meet the needs and concerns of pastors. We’re taking on the challenges one at a time, and developing a resource meant for you.

This new Pastors’ Corner centers on “Explainer articles,” which will give you what you most need to know about the topic. We’ll summarize the issue, give it a biblically based examination, and supply loads of links so you can follow the trails that interest you most. And we’re not forgetting it’s about ministry. We’re still in the process of creating content, but eventually each of the Explainer articles will include suggested conversation points you can use while talking with individual church members, plus a real bonus: sample sermons, both text and audio, that you can borrow from freely. The additional articles under each category go into greater depth on specific issues we think you will appreciate.

We want to serve you and your needs. So as we launch the Pastors’ Corner, we’re eager to hear any suggestions you have, whether it’s topics to cover or ways we can serve you better. If you have ideas, suggestions, comments or even corrections, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Thank you for letting us be of service to you!
