Stream contributor Cal Thomas is one of America’s most widely syndicated op-ed columnists, and his column is now syndicated by Tribune Media Services in Chicago. For 16 years, his column was distributed by the Los Angeles Times Syndicate.

Cal Thomas began his nearly 40-year journalism career as a copyboy for NBC News in his native Washington, D.C. He also has worked as a general assignment reporter and anchor for KPRC-TV in Houston and for NBC News in Washington.

For two years Cal Thomas hosted his own show on CNBC. It was nominated for a Cable Ace award as the best interview program on cable. He is a commentator/analyst for the Fox News Channel and appears weekly as a panelist on Fox News Watch.
