There aren’t that many real reporters left running around. First Craigslist cut out the legs from local papers by wiping out “classified” ads. Then media outlets mostly abandoned their calling to report the news even-handedly, joining the FBI-led “resistance” to the duly elected Donald Trump. Then the COVID panic gave the fig-leaf of “saving lives” to online censors cooperating with China. And Fox News dropped the pretense that it’s on America’s side, vouchsafing the 2020 Steal and firing Tucker Carlson.

We need to be deeply grateful for the few people and outlets still around willing to stand up to the Military-Medical-Woke Industrial Complex. No, they aren’t all perfect. Some of them are flawed vessels. But at least they’re not half-full of poison.

So here are a few of those sources you ought to be following (if you aren’t) covering stories you’d likely hear about nowhere else — unless you had some pre-chewed, unrecognizable, regurgitated mash-up spat into your beak by the Mainstream Media.

The FBI and DoJ Drive Political Dissidents to Suicide

Want to know how really dangerous (non-violent, political) prisoners get treated in the new Amerika? The great Lara Logan has made a documentary about January 6 election integrity demonstrators being hounded to suicide by our weaponized Department of Justice. The Western Journal reports:

Investigative journalist Lara Logan has set out to tell stories about defendants charged in the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol incursion that Americans are not hearing from the establishment media.

The first episode of “The Rest of the Story with Lara Logan” was posted last week on Truth in Media’s account on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter.

It is part 1 of the story of Pennsylvania man Matthew Perna, who pleaded guilty in December 2021 to offenses related to the incursion 11 months earlier. In February 2022, the 36-year-old, facing potentially years in prison, took his own life, according to USA Today.

The treatment that Perna and other Capitol incursion defendants have received from the Department of Justice stands in stark contrast to its handling of leftist rioters, such as those who tried to burn down the federal courthouse in Portland, Oregon, during fighting that took place night after night in 2020.

Federal prosecutors charged Perna with unlawfully entering a restricted building and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds, according to USA Today.

WKBN-TV in Youngstown, Ohio, reported that the DOJ also hit him with a felony obstruction of Congress charge. Together his charges carried up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

Matthew Perna was a Bernie Sanders fan until Trump came along. Then he was treated as a terrorist.

Merrick Garland Put the “Tyranny” in “Anarcho-Tyranny.”

But don’t get all “politicized” and put on your tinfoil hat. There’s no two-tier system of justice (“anarcho-tyranny”) in place in Amerika now. The Attorney General himself has assured us of this:

At least America’s churches are taking a unified stand in defense of core Christian moral principles, though. That should reassure us, shouldn’t it?

The Rainbow Golden Calf in Christian Sanctuaries

Okay, you just laughed up your coffee through your nostrils, so I feel as if my work here might be done. I’m tempted to drop the mic and walk away, but there’s more to be said. Of course our churches aren’t doing that, not most of them. And the worst of them are preaching a totally “new gospel” as the antichrists that they are — even making sexual eccentrics the apparent objects of worship, instead of Christ. Think I’m exaggerating? As always, I wish that I were.

This post-Protestant Mainline zombie church in a snazzy part of Dallas has made for itself a rainbow Golden Calf and worships it. If Pope Francis’ crony Fr. Antonio Spadaro (recently rewarded and promoted by the pope) can condescend to Jesus Himself as a sinner guilty of “racism,” surely the “Cathedral of Hope” is entitled to make idols out of drag queens. It seems only fair and “inclusive.”

This drag worship event was so egregious, so disgusting, that Charlie Kirk felt called to desperate measures in response: He invited me on his show to talk about how liberal Christianity “progressed” right past the Gospel and left behind the Christian worldview and even Jesus Himself.
