Al Perrotta

Al Perrotta spent a decade with The Stream starting as the site’s administrative assistant in 2015 before eventually moving back to his native Maryland to become the Washington correspondent. He was formerly the vice president/creative director for All Comedy Radio, a producer for Voice of America, and a Passion Arts minister at Living Faith Christian Church in Southern California. With John Zmirak, he coauthored The Politically Incorrect Guide to Immigration and on his own, the counter-terrorism memoir Hostile Intent, as well as several plays. He left The Stream in February 2025 to focus on a Substack channel called Bananas Republic.
