Multiple law enforcement agencies swarmed the Walter Reed Medical Center campus in Bethesda after the report of a single gun shot fired shortly before 11 a.m. Monday. Shortly before 12:50 p.m., police sources told WUSA9’s Andrea McCarren that a stand down was declared at the scene.
