A new poll reveals that more than half of likely voters believe Hillary Clinton has probably broken the law.

Rasmussen released a poll Tuesday that showed 59 percent of likely voters believe Hillary Clinton likely broke the law by sending and receiving classified information over her personal email server while Secretary of State.

The telephone survey from the right-leaning polling group found that only 34 percent of likely voters believe it is unlikely that Clinton did not break the law.

On top of that, 51 percent of all voters think Clinton has done a poor job of handling questions about her use of email. Even Democrats agree, with only 51 percent of Democrats saying Clinton has done a good or excellent job of handling questions about her emails, the poll finds.

The scandal has been a persistent problem for the Clinton campaign. After months of dodging and denying, Clinton finally apologized and admitted her mistake earlier this month.

This poll comes out the day after a Washington Post-ABC News poll shows that Hillary is plummeting among women voters. That poll reveals that Clinton has dropped 29 percent among Democratic-leaning white women voters in the last eight weeks.
