Black Lives Matter finds itself under fire for protesting the Baton Rogue shooting, but ignoring the Louisiana flood, reports the Washington Times.

A video of a Baton Rogue resident asking where the Black Panthers and the Black Lives Matter people are has gone viral.

“I have not seen not one Black Panther boat, not one Black Lives Matter boat, truck or nothing else. So with all the drama that was going on with the Alton Sterling killing, oh they came out with guns, ready to go to war. But here we go, all these people flooded out and truly in need of some help and you can’t find not one of them,” Jerry T Washington said in the video.

Black Lives Matter got more criticism after offering free photography services for families affected by the flood.

“Louisiana families, check out Green Tangerine Photography who is providing free photos to those impacted by the flooding. #BlackLivesMatter,” the group posted on Facebook. Each family will receive one 8×10 photo with others available for a “discounted rate.”

“Hey @blacklivesmater why aren’t you sending people to help out in Louisiana? Why don’t you lead by example and help your own community? Or is it that you just want to sit back and do nothing then complain that no one helped you?” Kevin Markowski-Jr commented on the post.

Another user commented that Black Lives Matter was only for show.

“Your organization is apparently for appearances’ sake only. Not doing anything positive to help the communities you claim to support. Not doing anything to stop crime in these neighborhoods,” Mark Turner wrote.
