ANALYSIS: Five Key Values Questions for Candidates at the Debate

August 6, 2015 (LifeSiteNews) — Tonight marks the first and second debates of the 2016 presidential race, hosted by Fox News. With foreign policy, Donald Trump, and Planned Parenthood dominating headlines, we at LifeSiteNews wanted to take a moment to urge Fox’s moderators to focus on five critical questions important to the life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness of all Americans:

1. In light of the recent sting videos catching Planned Parenthood in the act of harvesting human body parts for sale, and engaging in illegal abortions — including partial-birth abortions — to do so, what would you do as president to ensure this practice is ended? And would you go so far as to direct your Department of Justice to prosecute the executives involved?

2. President Obama recently spoke to African leaders, urging them to cease the cruel practice of harvesting body parts of the โ€œvulnerable” — just days after his spokesperson defended Planned Parenthood. With undercover videos clearly showing that Planned Parenthood is engaging in exactly this practice, what is your message for the president and Democrats who accept campaign donations from Planned Parenthood?

3. Will you repeal the HHS Mandate, which is threatening the existence of religious non-profits like Little Sisters of the Poor?
