Dear Stream family,

Thank you for helping make 2021 an extraordinary year. In just a few weeks, we will hit the 7th anniversary of The Stream‘s launch. Over these past few years, we have crossed some major milestones:

• More than 48,000 articles published
• More than 31 million visitors
• More than 83 million page views

As we continue to grow, our goal will always be to equip Christians to think clearly about the political, economic, and moral issues of the day. And my goodness, what a year it has been. Here are some of the hottest topics of the past 12 months:

• The disastrous U.S. military withdrawal from Afghanistan
• Unconstitutional Vaccine Mandates
• Encroachment of Radical Transgender Ideology
• Some positive Pro-Life news out of Texas and Mississippi 
• Still so very much to be said about the 2020 Election
• And of course all the media’s lies and deceptions, from Hunter Biden to Jan 6, from “Trust the Science” to “The Great Reset.”

Equipping Pastors

In trying to keep up our goal of equipping Christians, we recently launched the Pastors’ Corner. It’s a collection of articles specifically curated to meet the needs and concerns of pastors and ministry leaders. Every few weeks, we add a new “explainer” article, which includes a short but deep dive into a particular topic, along with notes and a sample sermon. In January, look for a new series from Tom Gilson on marriage and human sexuality. It’s sure to be helpful as this world gets crazier.

Barista Al

Our most exciting launch of 2021, though, has to be the Morning Brew. No one delivers the day’s news better than our own Al Perrotta. If you haven’t signed up yet for these daily highlights, I highly encourage you to do so here. And if you don’t know, check out today’s latest online edition for a taste. It’s the quickest and most entertaining way to get caught up on the day’s top stories. 

Looking Into 2022

In closing, I’d like to say a very special thank you to those who have supported to the work of the The Stream financially. Your gifts have enabled us to do what James Robison, our founder and publisher, has envisioned for us. That is, to be a source of wisdom and encouragement for the Body of Christ to make an impact on our culture and nation.
