The Brew: White House Decorations and Biden’s Luggage-Stealing Drag Queen

The Diplomatic Reception Room of the White House is seen decorated for the Christmas season Sunday, Nov. 29, 2020.

A good Tuesday to you!

Let’s start with some pre-Christmas cheer.

White House Unveils Holiday Theme “We the People”

Jill Biden unveiled the White House holiday decorations Monday. The theme? “We the People.” Or more accurately, “We the People and Our Family Pets … Well, Except For the Dog We Fired.”

You can see a gallery of some of the decorations here. Look, when it comes to decorating sense Jill Biden is no Melania Trump. Or even Barron Trump. Or Baron Munchausen. While some rooms have the elegance one would expect from the historic home of American presidents, other rooms are little better than a high-end grade school.

Enough complaining. The White House Christmas Tours are a hot ticket regardless of who’s decorating. And at least the Bidens are improving. Using the Constitution as a decoration is a step up from using the Constitution as toilet paper.

Speaking of Christmas Cheer, Dr. Michael Brown returns with “What Republicans Can Learn from Miracle on 34th Street.” I bet it’s more than learning how to speak Dutch to little girls.

Public Soon to See Why Twitter’s Old Regime Deserves Coal In Their Stocking

Elon Musk posted a tweet Monday that could be titled “I Told You We Weren’t Crazy.”

“The Twitter Files on free speech suppression soon to be published on Twitter itself. The public deserves to know what really happened …”

Yup. We do. Though those of us in Twitter prison camps already know.

Buck Sexton posted a graph showing what has happened to the Twitter accounts of some prominent members of Congress on both sides of the aisle since Musk purchased Twitter.

Maricopa County Certifies Botched Election

As expected, Maricopa County’s Board of Supervisors certified the results of the botched midterm elections, despite overflowing proof that countless Election Day voters were disenfranchised by the massive failures of assorted machines and tabulators and printers in predominantly Republican areas.

At a public hearing Monday, the smug Board heard an earful from disenfranchised citizens, poll watchers and poll workers. Kari Lake thought this gentleman summarized the situation best.

Why Investigating Biden’s Business Ties with the Communist Chinese Matters: See China Protests

First, a little good news out of China. In response to anti-lockdown protests across China, the government has eased up on some of the lockdown restrictions.

The bad news? The Biden Administration’s response to cries for “freedom” across the communist nation has been anemic. In fact, their statement is basically, “China’s no-COVID policy is not our cup of tea. Here’s how we’re dealing with COVID.” Nothing about the protests other than a bland mention of the right of peaceful protest. Nothing about the bravery of the protesters. Nothing about the thirst for freedom in the heart of men.

Here’s the statement.

White House spokesperson John Kirby was little better when talking to the press Monday, doing everything possible to avoid having the White House critique China or even give a hearty thumb’s up to protesters. Check this exchange, as just one example.

Fetish-Loving Drag-Queening Biden Hire Sam Brinton Charged With Felony Theft in Stealing Woman’s Luggage from Minneapolis Airport

Tell me something. If a controversial figure in the Trump Administration had been busted for stealing a woman’s luggage at an airport, then lying about it to police, do you think that would be news?

Remember Sam Brinton? He’s the fetish-loving, gender-fluid sacrilegious drag queen Joe Biden hired at the Energy Department with much fanfare to oversee the nation’s nuclear waste. Perhaps you remember him from his high heeled, tight skirt appearance at the French Embassy on Bastille Day.

Over two months ago, we are only now just learning, Brinton walked off with a woman’s Vera Bradley roller bag at Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport. Well, accidents happen. That’s why they tell you to check the tag, right?  Well … no.

Problem: Video shows him removing the luggage tag. He also lied to police when they did track the bag to him and ask if he “took anything that did not belong to him.”  “Not that I know of,” he said at first, insisting when he opened the bag, the clothes were his. (Remember, it’s a woman’s bag of clothing.)

Two hours later, he called cops back and copped to grabbing the bag, claiming he thought it was his.

Problem: According to the criminal complaint, Brinton did not check in a bag for his flight, meaning he had no reason to be grabbing a bag from baggage claim.

Brinton claimed he didn’t turn the bag in when he realized it wasn’t his because he got “nervous” that people would think he stole the bag. He ended up leaving it at a hotel. After using it on two later flights.

Put aside the thievery and lying for a second. Do we want the guy in charge of our nuclear waste someone who easily panics?

The amazing thing is this story of a Biden Administration official stealing luggage and lying about it remained unreported for weeks. Until a Minnesota news website called alpha news (alphanews.org) broke the story Monday.
