Trump Contacts DOJ, Offering to Help ‘Lower the Heat’
Former President Trump told Fox News Monday he has reached out to the Department of Justice offering whatever he can to “help the country” in the wake of the outrage over the raid of his home. Trump says we are in a “dangerous time,” and the “temperature has to be brought down.”
“The country is in a very dangerous position,” he said. “There is tremendous anger, like I’ve never seen before, over all of the scams, and this new one — years of scams and witch hunts, and now this.”
“There has never been a time like this where law enforcement has been used to break into the house of a former president of the United States, and there is tremendous anger in the country — at a level that has never been seen before, other than during very perilous times.”
“If there is anything we can do to help, I, and my people, would certainly be willing to do that.”
The DOJ has not responded.
Perhaps Trump can hold/host a prayer vigil for the nation from Mar-a-Lago. If only he knew faith leaders who could help him with that.

Stopping the Former President From Leaving the Country?
Trump also revealed Monday that the FBI took three of his passports in what he calls an “assault on a political opponent.” Are you surprised?
The DOJ also rejected requests to release the underlying affidavits behind the warrants, saying it would impede their “criminal investigation.” What’s the problem? Why do you want to know what the Feds told the judge? It’s not like this same FBI and DOJ lied to judges before to secure warrants to go after Trump in 2016.

Ask Peter Strzok, the FBI counter-terrorism honcho who made sure Hillary walked and Trump was spied on, who could “smell” the Trump voters at Walmart, who assured his lover Lisa Page that the “insurance policy” they’d worked out in Deputy Director Andrew McCabe’s office in 2016 would keep Trump from the presidency. That “we won’t allow” Trump to become president.
He told MSNBC viewers to “Trust what the FBI is doing.”
