The Brew: New Documents Prove Biden’s FBI Helped Steal 2020 Election. Will Anyone Go to Prison Over That?

Let’s say you believe that the vote-counting machines from the 2020 election were all on the up and up, despite all the evidence adduced by Sidney Powell, David Clements, Leah Hoopes, and other investigators. Go further, and stipulate just for fun that there were zero mules harvesting fraudulent ballots for Joe Biden, instead of the 2,000 or so that Dinesh D’Souza says he turned up. Assume that there’s no substance to the stories of nurses collecting mail-in ballots from dementia patients or illegal aliens having votes cast in their names without their knowledge. Dismiss all the plausible charges of election fraud summed up in the (quickly banned) song I wrote for Eric Metaxas to perform, “Biden Did You Know?”

In other words, act like every U.S. court where election fraud charges were actually brought and refuse to consider the evidence. Dismiss it all on the basis that voters and even state governors lack “standing” to question the actions of election officials — as a federal judge just did in a landmark Georgia case:

Okay? Even with all that evidence shoved aside behind a curtain to sit with the Wizard of Oz, we now have cold, hard proof that the highest law enforcement agency in our land acted to hide crucial information from the voters in 2020 — even as a bipartisan cabal of current and retired intelligence officials colluded to spread explosive rumors that risked conflict with a nuclear-armed Russia.

As the indomitable journalist Catherine Herridge reports:

Add that to the 51 intel officials who claimed that Hunter Biden’s crime-diary laptop was “Russian disinformation” and CIA pressure on Facebook to censor the New York Post’s accurate reporting on the matter, and you have election interference on a massive scale. What impact did such Deep State censorship and deception have on the actual, honest ballots cast in 2020? Election expert Raghavan Mayur offers an answer based on surveys he conducted:

Terming the laptop ʻdisinformationʼ by the FBI, Intelligence Community, Congress, and the Biden campaign, along with Big Tech, impacted voters. A significant majority—78 percent—believe that access to the correct information could have been critical to their decision at the polls.

As reporter Paul Sperry noted:

47 percent said that knowing before the election that the laptop contents were real and not “disinformation” would have changed their voting decision—including more than two-thirds (71 percent) of Democrats.

Almost 8 of 10 respondents said that a truthful interpretation of the laptop would have likely changed the electionʼs outcome more in favor of Trump.

So what will the new, Trump-appointed team at the Federal Bureau of Investigation do with this information, with the fact that a scandal much more serious than Watergate took place under previous leadership? Author John Daniel Davidson has some ideas:

Another NATO “Ally” Cancels Democracy

People on social media are asking why MAGA Americans “hate Europe.”

That’s gaslighting, of course. Back in the 1980s, every decent American hated the governments of Poland, East Germany, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, Romania, and Bulgaria. Why? Because they were tyrannical dictatorships crushing the religious, economic, and cultural lives of their people — people we loved and wished to see free.

And because we still love our faraway European neighbors today, we hate their oppressors — who are censoring them, indoctrinating them, and replacing them outright with Muslim colonists. That was J.D. Vance’s message when he spoke in Europe last month, and now his words seem more prophetic than ever.

The Daily Signal gives the details on the trumped-up procedural “crime” of which Le Pen was just convicted. It’s not even as serious as the nonsense that was alleged against Donald Trump in multiple states to try to send him to the big house instead of the White House. But then, Le Pen wasn’t given the courtesy of a trial by a jury. So far, Romania and France have resorted to prosecuting populist politicians to keep them from winning. How many NATO states will resemble the Warsaw Pact before the whole house of cards comes crumbling down?

Catholic Shrine to Finally Cover Primitive Icons Painted by Accused Rapist of Nuns

We’ve reported here before on the appalling fact that Pope Francis is still protecting Rev. Marko Rupnik, a priest/painter credibly accused of the ritual sexual abuse of nuns. (For my analysis of why post-Christian clergymen are addicted to crude, clunky art of this kind, read this 2018 column.) Equally galling has been the use of Rupnik’s creepy, primitive art by Vatican agencies and its installation in important churches around the world, from the Pope John Paul II shrine in Washington, D.C. to the pilgrimage center at Lourdes in France. Now the Lourdes shrine is finally fixing that:

Removing the art Rupnik created between his bouts of sexual abuse seems like the least the Vatican can do for his victims.
