From LAPD to Promise Keepers: My Interview With Ken Harrison

By James Robison Published on July 28, 2020

Please watch this brief interview I did today with Ken Harrison, the CEO of Promise Keepers. We begin with his thoughts on the current movement to defund police. As a former street cop in LA’s infamous Watts/Compton area, he offers some fascinating insights.

We then turn to the big Promise Keepers virtual event happening this weekend. Ken says, make sure to tell every man in your life, including your teenage boys, to tune in. It’s going to be excellent!

Keynote speaker Tony Evans told The Stream last week, “Men are critical for the family, for the church, and for righteousness and justice to flourish in society.” Evans exclaimed, “This event will reignite them to become the kind of Kingdom men God created them to be.”
