Christianity Today published a nasty takedown of the new movie depicting Dietrich Bonhoeffer’s heroic stand against the Nazification of German churches in the 1930s. The review talked about Eric Metaxas, who had nothing to do with the film, and managed to rope in Donald Trump, who didn’t even have a cameo in it. The Stream’s John Zmirak interviewed Metaxas about the movie, the man, the book, and the Democrat donors who staff that once-great magazine.
