The Soylent Green New Deal: Unborn Babies as Fuel (Tragically, Horrifically, This is Not Satire)

Their tiny feet can help us reduce our carbon footprint.

I’m old enough to remember when every day in school began with the Pledge of Allegiance. In fact, I’d somehow assumed that this fine ritual still took place in American schools, until young people laughed in my face and informed me otherwise.

At my Catholic school, patriotic nuns from immigrant families used to lead us in the Pledge. One of them, Sister Alice, went further. She made sure to infuse in us a deep gratitude for the land of ordered liberty, religious toleration, and vast opportunity which had welcomed our ancestors. She reminded us all the time how very “blessed we are.”

Sister Alice taught us an old-fashioned patriotic poem. Like the prayers I learned in childhood, it still makes my eyes tear up. (That includes even prayers I couldn’t fully understand. I remember in third grade wondering why it was so impressive that the Virgin Mary was “mother of the Word Incarnate.” I thought at the time, “So she … coined a word? Well, okay.”) In fact, Sister had us memorize the poem, and it still stirs me today. “America For Me,” by Henry van Dyke.

America For Me

Here are the last two stanzas:

I know that Europe’s wonderful, yet something seems to lack:
The Past is too much with her, and the people looking back.
But the glory of the Present is to make the Future free,—
We love our land for what she is and what she is to be.

Oh, it’s home again, and home again, America for me!
I want a ship that’s westward bound to plough the rolling sea,
To the bléssed Land of Room Enough beyond the ocean bars,
Where the air is full of sunlight and the flag is full of stars.

The poem isn’t ageless art. But it taps into beautiful sentiments born of mankind’s noblest hopes, which once seemed to hang about the American flag like a halo. It wasn’t for nothing that G.K. Chesterton wrote that the United States was a “nation with the soul of a church.”

The Party of Legion

As we process the fact that one of our two political parties is the party of child groomers, abortionists, chemical castrators and thuggish racial tribalists, such sentiments seem antique, like hoop skirts and top hats. Calls for America to defend her “values” abroad raise too many awkward questions. Such as:

  • Do you mean the Deep State surveilling parents at school board meetings?
  • Or prosecuting pro-lifers for exposing baby parts profiteers?
  • Broken, open borders controlled by human trafficking cartels?
  • Or maybe a military purged of Christians but stuffed with trannies?”

Because those are the values of our Oligarchy, and they are more alien to anything our ancestors fought for than the ideologies regnant in Moscow, Beijing, and Teheran. I don’t see why any Christian even wants to serve in the military defending and advancing such a regime.

The Gospel of the Priests of Baal

I came across a news story this morning which seems almost too perfect. It’s so on the nose that it seems like a piece of satire, concocted by one of the geniuses at The Babylon Bee in a very, very dark mood. It sums up in a single incident everything which the Democratic party stands for, and which Establishment GOP hacks enable for venal or servile reasons.

I’ve written here before that our elites preach a new religion, and we ought to just outright call them what they are — the “Priests of Baal.” Well religions need sacred events, powerful stories that concentrate and embody what they hold as holy. Think of the stories you read as a kid in your children’s Bible in Sunday school. Here’s the story which Democrats ought to reading to their children at bedtime. I’m tempted to turn it into a poem entitled, “The Democrats To Me.”

The Ultimate Bio-Fuel: Humans

The pro-life activist organization Weak Link reports:

According to activists who regularly protest outside Washington Surgi-Clinic located at 2112 F St NW Suite 400, Washington, DC 20037, on March 25, 2022, a driver for Curtis Bay Energy relinquished several medical waste boxes after being told aborted babies were inside them. [NOTE: The energy company denies this.]

Here are pictures of the aborted babies killed at Washington Surgi-Clinic.  (STREAM EDITOR’S WARNING: Extremely graphic)

Additionally, at the Baltimore, MD Planned Parenthood Curtis Bay Energy is also receiving, transferring, and burning aborted babies for energy. Their website reads, “We manage the largest medical waste incinerator in the US and the only facility in the Northeast Region that utilizes Waste-to-Energy incineration to safely convert infectious/biomedical waste and non-hazardous pharmaceuticals into useful energy.”

In other words, Curtis Bay Energy, which services much of the east coast, converts aborted babies into electricity for use in households and businesses in the Baltimore, MD area. Many bio-waste haulers can’t afford their own incinerators so Curtis Bay is a drop-off site for other medical waste companies that service abortion centers such as BioMedical Services (whose office is located in the same corporate center).

Aborted babies are being burned for electricity for those who live in Baltimore, MD! But at least they are concerned about their carbon footprint:

“Curtis Bay owns state-of-the-art medical waste processing and material management technology, and continues to invest in research and sustainable waste management solutions that generate the lowest carbon footprint.”

Created Equal is asking people to call Curtis Bay CEO Mark Schifani at 443.681.5403 and email him to tell him to stop hauling and burning aborted babies for energy. Please leave a message if you receive voicemail.

The company denies that it handles fetal remains, but went back and edited its website to remove language which seemed to say that it did, Lifesitenews reports. Prolife activist Lila Rose shared that language on Twitter before it went down the Memory Hole:

Rose also appeared on the Tucker Carlson Show to discuss the DC clinic which apparently was supplying fetal remains to Curtis Bay Energy.

Imprisoning Whistleblowers: A Core Democrat Value

The activists who requested the fetal remains from Curtis Bay Energy are part of a larger story: The Washington, D.C. prolifers who conducted a rescue and found the bodies of late-term fetuses inside the clinic. They confiscated these human remains, planning to offer them decent burial. The police raided one pro-lifer’s home, and are prosecuting her — presumably for stealing fuel, since under Washington, D.C., law, unborn children have no legal status as human beings. Read all about this miscarriage of justice at Lifesitenews.

Yes, it’s horrifying to learn this. I’m sorry to ruin your day by sharing it. But it’s also a helpful clarifying moment. Ask any Democrat you know about this story. Does he object to using fetal remains as a source of “green energy”? Press him for an answer. If he doesn’t object, make a mental note of that, and keep in mind what kind of ideological psychopath you’re associating with.

If he does, ask him precisely why. Demand that he explain what exactly is wrong with employing “medical waste” produced by “women’s choice” to reduce our “carbon footprint” and serve the Climate Cult.

The Soylent Green New Deal. That’s the Democrats to me.
