The Love of a Father

By James Robison Published on June 20, 2021

I like this saying about the role of a father: “A dad is someone who wants to catch you before you fall. But instead, he picks you up, brushes you off and lets you try again.”

On this Father’s Day many of us will honor the ones who watched over us, cared and prayed for us and made memories we will cherish for a lifetime. Others, like me, may not have those memories of our earthly fathers, but there is One I’ve come to know, honor and love, and I’m blessed to call Him, “Father.”

Our Heavenly Father will never fail you, nor leave you; He will be your greatest encourager all the days of your life. In today’s world, your role as a loving and caring father is of ultimate importance! May God bless you, your children and your children’s children on this Father’s Day!
