The Brew: Who Covered Up Joe Biden’s Prostate Cancer, And For How Long?

Obviously, the Christian thing to do is to pray for former President Joe Biden — especially for his salvation as he faces the “fate man was born for,” in the words of poet Gerard Manley Hopkins. As someone who has watched cancer galloping through his family (it claimed both of my parents and one of my sisters), it’s not a fate I’d wish on anyone.

The U.S. isn’t a country where we wish death on our political enemies — though Biden and his party have gone a long way toward changing that, if you remember the squalid glee many leftists exhibited through the multiple assassination attempts on President Donald Trump, Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, and the attempt to massacre congressional Republicans in 2018. (A former FBI director who led the false impeachment of Trump on the grounds that he was a traitor in service of Russia just faced questioning over a social media post hinting that another assassin should try “86ing” Trump again.)

So by all means, pray for the troubled soul of a grasping politician who proudly received the Eucharist at Catholic services between promoting abortion and performing same-sex weddings while his FBI infiltrated churches, raided peaceful pro-lifers’ homes, and labeled PTA moms as “domestic extremists.”

We all need God’s grace to save us from our sins. Let’s pray that plenty rains down on this man. But don’t let the Democrats get away with weaponizing the news of Biden’s cancer diagnosis to cover up the crimes of the people around him.

Over decades, Biden himself used the death of his first wife, the death of his oldest son, and other tragedies for crass political gain — so we shouldn’t be surprised that his past enablers are recycling that same strategy now. We have no Christian obligation to fall for it. Nowhere does Scripture say, “Blessed are the gullible.”

President Trump must authorize a thorough investigation of the medical team that was responsible for reporting to the public on Biden’s health, and determine who lied to America and for how long.

What are the odds that Biden didn’t even know about his illness while he was sleeping through meetings, stumbling off airplanes, and forgetting when his son died but insisting (along with the Mainstream Media) that he was fit as a fiddle and ready to run the country for four more years?

According to Libs of Tiktok, those odds are exactly zero. He slipped up and told us he was ill. We were simply instructed not to believe our lying ears.

The release of the “news” that Biden suffers from an advanced stage of a slow-moving, easily detectable form of cancer was both strategic and profoundly cynical. The genuinely sad facts of how the curse of Adam is affecting him have been pulled like a trump card out of his political allies’ back pocket, and now they’re using them to shut down crucial investigations of crimes and political malfeasance surrounding the use of an autopen to sign several presidential pardons on the day he left office.

The Democrats didn’t shut down criticism of Trump when he was shot in the face. Nor should they have. The fate of our country was on the line in a contentious presidential election. Right now it’s still on the line as Trump tries to reverse the foreign invasion of more than 10 million illegal immigrants Biden callously let into our country to both their detriment and ours, and to root out the thousands of persecutors his team embedded all through our country’s law enforcement agencies.

America isn’t yet terminal, and our national chemotherapy must continue. The lives of children yet unborn are literally at stake.

Americans’ freedom and sovereignty are at stake as well, as elites are using all their power to turn illegal immigrants into voters — or rather, into names that can be used when corrupt election systems vote on their behalf. In deep-red Wyoming, election integrity nemesis Marc Elias is suing to invalidate a new law requiring any real proof of U.S. citizenship in elections. (H/T Gateway Pundit.)

And now you know why Biden (or whoever was actually running the country in his name) wanted to open the border.

Canadian Politicians Propose Euthanasia for the Handicapped

Secularists and leftists like to point across our northern border to Canada as a model for how America ought to operate. They speak of “free” healthcare, thriving multiculturalism, and a more “civilized” political discourse. But that’s just whitewash on a sepulcher: Canada embraces large-scale euthanasia as a cost-cutting measure, aimed not just at the terminally ill but merely those with chronic conditions including mental illness. If you’re not shocked by the report below, then you’re getting jaded and need some time in your prayer closet with your Bible:

Canada offers a lesson to America, all right, with its emptying churches, smug political class, and suffocating censorship. It’s a cautionary tale, a slow-motion car-crash film we’re watching in a defensive driving class so we know what to avoid.

Vatican Offers to Host Peace Talks for Ukraine

Since 1914, when Pope Benedict XV pleaded with both sides to end the futile, fratricidal conflict that would butcher millions of Christians across Europe in World War I, the Vatican has repeatedly tried to be a voice for peace — without embracing a heretical pacifism that would hand lordship of the earth to tyrants. Now The Hill reports that recently elected Pope Leo XIV may play a part in seeking a compromise peace in Ukraine instead of escalating that conflict to potentially spark a war between Russia and the West, as European elites and the Biden administration were willing to risk:

President Trump on Monday said that Russia and Ukraine will immediately begin negotiations on a ceasefire, following phone calls with the leaders of each country. He also noted the Vatican has offered to host the talks.

The White House said Trump spoke with Russian President Vladimir Putin for about two hours, after speaking with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky earlier in the day.

Putin, who holds the military advantage in that bloody war over borders, is in conversation with Trump personally. Let’s pray for a quick and durable resolution.

Trump gave more details on social media:

“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.” (Matthew 5:9)
