The Brew: White House Deploys Anti-Mobster ‘Strike Force’ to Probe Obama Coup

President Donald Trump and his team aren’t kidding around.

They’re not just sending envoys to blather to Sean Hannity about “serious repercussions,” or drafting strongly worded notes. Nor are Trump’s people following the advice of swamp Republicans like Sen. Lindsay Graham — who took part in Obama’s 2017 election coup, urging Sen. John McCain to refer the fraudulent Steele Dossier to the FBI — or dumping the probe into the Russia collusion coup down the Special Prosecutor route to nowhere. That would waste precious months or years of Trump’s last term in office collecting documents only to yield not criminal indictments, but a strongly worded note.

No, Trump’s DOJ is investigating Barack Obama and his top intelligence officials’ attempts to thwart the peaceful transition of power in 2017 for what it was: a criminal conspiracy. And Trump’s people are using the most powerful weapon in their prosecutorial arsenal: a “strike force,” an inter-agency team of the kind invented to take down organized crime.

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard — who’s looking better and better as a potential 2028 presidential candidate by the day — minced no words in tying the conspiracy she’s exposing all the way to the top:

In stark contrast to the Jeffrey Epstein debacle, Trump’s people have been letter-perfect so far in their handling of this, the greatest scandal in presidential history. The only cherry I’d like to see them put on top of the cake? Maybe bring in Rudolph Giuliani as part of this probe for his expertise and legacy of bringing down powerful crime gangs.

Russia Knew Hillary Clinton Was Emotinally Unstable

One of the key facts in this developing story is this: U.S. intelligence professionals (as opposed to Obama’s politically appointed secret police) discredited the idea that Vladimir Putin’s Russia was trying to help Donald Trump, and issued a finding to that effect which John Brennan flushed down the Memory Hole. Instead, our white-hat spies discovered, Putin was expecting and planning for Hillary Clinton to win the 2016 presidential election and stockpiling compromising information about her to use against the U.S. after she took office.

Gabbard dropped this truth bomb on the incurious Mainstream Media, which went on to ignore it.

I’ve been saying since roughly 2017 that the Deep State (the permanent government that George W. Bush unleashed via the Patriot Act and Barack Obama politicized into a secret police) is the greatest threat the American people face — far worse than Iran, Russia, or China. I’ve even joked that if the FBI showed up at my door, I’d call a Mexican cartel to come protect me. (That was gallows humor back when Merrick Garland was labeling PTA moms “domestic extremists” for questioning the presence of transgender porn in their kids’ school libraries and men like Peter Navarro were getting sent to prison by corrupt groups like the January 6 Committee.)

With the serious, professional, relentless operation that Trump is executing now against the cabal of elites who tried to overturn one presidential election and likely stole the next one, I’m starting to hope for a Book of Esther ending: Haman getting hoisted on his very own petard.

There Are No Good Apples

Is there any way to really clean out the Deep State and return our intelligence agencies to their original purpose — protecting our freedom from foreign spies and criminal gangs? John Daniel Davidson of The Federalist doesn’t think so, at least without conducting root-and-branch, scorched-earth assaults on the agencies themselves:

The conspiracy that these documents reveal should lead to a thorough reform of our intelligence agencies — not for the sake of political retribution, but for the survival of our republic. Simply put, our intelligence agencies as currently constituted are incompatible with republican self-government and the rule of law. They now function here in America much as they have functioned abroad for decades: as coup machines, undermining national sovereignty and imposing their will over and against the will of the electorate.

If nothing else comes of this scandal, it should be this: the complete dismantling of the intelligence community and its total reconstitution into agencies that can be held accountable to democratically-elected leaders. Right now, it’s accountable to no one, as the recent revelations demonstrate.

So-Called “Dignity” Act Is an Amnesty Time Bomb

Haughty open borders advocate Maria Salazar, one of Florida’s representatives in Congress, has sponsored the so-called “Dignity Act” designed to halt the Trump administration’s attempts to repatriate most illegal aliens. She denies that it amounts to amnesty, but in an unguarded moment early this week admitted that amnesty is indeed her goal, and this bill is a measure to make it inevitable in the future:

Stream readers will know why U.S. Catholic bishops back bills like as this: They literally reap billions of taxpayer dollars from the federal government by “resettling” immigrants. But prominent evangelicals, includingWilliam Wolfe of the Center for Baptist Leadership, are now asking why their own church’s political wing is lining up behind amnesty.

Are your church’s leaders meddling in the politics of replacing the American people with docile, obedient foreigners eligible for massive federal benefits? If you don’t know the answer to that question, maybe it’s time to find out — and then let your church leaders know how you feel about the way they are spending your tithes.

The White House reports that Trump opposes such amnesty. We must keep his feet to the fire, given the pressure Big Agriculture and Big Hospitality are putting on him to let aliens keep flouting our laws.

Fascist Canada Bans Public Worship

We’ve been telling you about Canada: It’s America, minus the Second Amendment, which keeps the government at least a little bit afraid of its own people.

  • The lockdowns and crackdowns it imposed during COVID were even worse than in the U.S.
  • Canada has hate-crimes laws that ban certain Bible passages because they offend sexual minorities.
  • Some 4% of Canadians now die from euthanasia because its national health system finds it cheaper to assist people with suicide than help the chronically ill or even the depressed.

Now it’s imposing harsh restrictions on public worship, as Christian musician Sean Feucht just found out.

Feucht is finding new venues as Canadian government officials continue trying to shut him down. Pray for religious freedom all around the world.

Druse Minority in Syria Targeted by Jihadis, One American Killed

Remember those “moderate rebels” whom Sen. John McCain vouched for, which most GOP presidential candidates (not Trump) wanted to risk war with Russia to aid in 2016? It turns out that when people tell you they’re part of al Qaeda, you should believe them. The Syrian government, now dominated by jihadists, has unleashed or allowed radical militias to terrorize religious minorities, including Alawites, Christians, and Druse. Israel rightly struck Damascus last week to punish the regime for harming the Druse (Israeli allies). Now an American member of the Druse religion has been murdered, as The New York Post reports:

A Syrian-American who was taking care of his ill father was among the eight Druze men kidnapped from their family home and executed in the middle of the street in Syria last week, harrowing video shows.

Viral video of the Druze-Bedouin conflict shows the final moments of Hosam Saraya, a 35-year-old from Oklahoma who flew back to his homeland to take care of his sick father in Sweida, where Syria’s Druze minority reside, CNN reported.

Saraya and seven of his relatives were hauled out of their house at gunpoint and forced to march to the middle of Tishreen Square, where they were made to kneel before the armed men opened fire on them.

What will the Trump administration do? Let’s pray that it applies maximum pressure short of war to the increasingly genocidal Damascus regime, or supports efforts to break up the diverse, fractious country into regional governments — like the Kurdish led Self-Administration of Northeastern Syria, where religious freedom and tolerance prevail.
