The Brew: Porn and Trans-Pushing White House Insists ‘They’re All Our Kids’

Happy Thursday!

Hope yesterday was a “banner” day. (It was Flag Day. Get it?)

A busy and colorful Brew is ready to be poured.

COVID Patients Zero Uncovered … and Guess Where They Worked?

The first three people who caught COVID-19 have been identified. And guess where they worked? Hint: It wasn’t a wet market. The three “patients zero” were lab researchers at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV), according to anonymous U.S. government investigators.

Michael Shellenberger, Matt Taibbi and Alex Gutentag broke the story on Shellenberger’s substack “Public” Tuesday. The three scientists — identified as Ben Hu, Yu Ping and Yan Zhu — all worked on “gain-of-function” research on “SARS-like coronaviruses” at the lab.

And no, they didn’t lunch together on bat burgers, or some such thing.

According to Taibbi, the Directorate of National Intelligence will be releasing a formerly classified report on the origins of COVID-19 later this month.

Now what names were you called if you suggested COVID originated in a Wuhan Lab? In the scheme of things, what’s a bigger deal: Dr. Fauci working overtime to discredit the Wuhan Lab theory to protect himself and his friends, or Trump not giving back some classified documents unless the National Archives said “pretty please”?

Another $325 Million in Military Aid to Ukraine

Taxpayers are coughing up another $325 million in military aid to Ukraine to help with its counter-offensive against Russia. The package includes munitions for air defense systems, ammunition and vehicles. According to a Pentagon statement, this is the 40th draw down from DoD inventories for Ukraine since August of 2021.

While we’re in Ukraine, do you know how many minutes the major U.S. networks spent covering the allegation Joe personally got a $5 million bribe from a Ukraine oligarch? According to Newsbusters, From June 8 to June 12, ABC, NBC and CBS spent a total of zero minutes on the bombshell story. Zilch. How much time did they spend on the Trump indictment, which broke the very same day? 291 minutes.

What? No Studies Show the Long Term Benefit of Sex-Changes on Kids?

Imagine. A professor of pediatrics at Yale came to Capitol Hill yesterday in opposition to Rep. Dan Crenshaw’s proposed provision that would remove federal funding from any training hospital that engages in gender transition treatment for minors. And yet, Dr. Meredith McNamara could not name a single study showing a long-term benefit of gender transition surgeries or chemical treatments on minors.

Crenshaw rattled off studies from British Medical Journal, the Journal of the Endocrine Society, and the American Academy of Pediatrics concluding there’s a lack of concrete data supporting the medical transition of minors. When asked to cite one that showed the benefits, the best she could manage was talking about “standards of care.”

Crenshaw was not impressed. “‘The standards of care.’ That’s not a journal. That’s not a study. That’s not an organization. It’s not an institution. You’re just saying words. Name one study.”

She could not.

Fascinating exchange.

The White House: “These Are Our Kids.” America: No Thanks, Joe. We’ve Seen Your Kids.

The White House isn’t stopping with trans flashers and the Pride flag superseding the American flag. On Monday the administration doubled down on claiming America’s children as the government’s own … for the purposes of radical LGBTQ indoctrination and mutilation.

Ron DeSantis and Elon Musk both hit the White House for yet again suggesting government control over our children.

“They are not your kids,” the DeSantis campaign tweeted.

“Our kids are not fodder for the government,” Musk said.

Wait a sec, Mr. Biden. If our kids are your kids, where’s their cut of the Chinese millions?

Meanwhile, how committed is Biden to putting porn in kids’ faces? He’s hiring a “coordinator” to fight “book banning” at school libraries … you know, graphic books for little kids pushing sex and LGBTQ ideology onto kids.

Bud Light Loses Title of Best Selling Beer in the U.S. Thanks to Trans Embrace … But Garth’s All In

Bud Light has been dethroned as the best selling beer in the U.S., thanks to its debacle with trans influencer Dylan Mulvaney. Sales have dropped 24%, allowing the Mexican beer Modelo Especiale to become top brew for the four weeks ending June 3. Modelo has 8.4% of retail beer sales, compared to Bud Light’s 7.8%.

Meanwhile, country superstar Garth Brooks is defending his decision to have Bud Light served at his new bar in Nashville, Friends in Low Places.

“I want it to be a place you feel safe in. I want it to be a place where you feel like there are manners and people like one another. And, yes, we’re going to serve every brand of beer. We just are. It’s not our decision to make,” Brooks said recently. “Our thing is this: If you [are let] into this house, love one another. If you’re an a******, there are plenty of other places on lower Broadway.”

Plenty of folks are taking Brooks’ comment to mean you are an a****** if you support the Bud Light boycott. That seems an exaggeration. On Monday, Brooks defended his decision, pointing out Bud Light’s popularity and that it’ll be up to the consumer to decide what to drink. Just don’t be a jerk about it.

“So, here’s the deal, man, if you want to come to Friends in Low Places, come in. But come in with love, come in with tolerance, patience. Come in with an open mind, and it’s cool.”

Then again, Garth does sound like he’s putting the guitar aside for a gig as DEI officer. “I think diversity is the answer to the problems that are here and the answer to the problems that are coming.”
