Pro-Abortion Group Raises Money for Abortions in the Wake of Harvey
A nonprofit pro-abortion group didn’t waste time in asking for money to fund abortions in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey.
Last week, the Lilith Fund for Reproductive Equity posted on Facebook, “With increased barriers like temporary clinic closures, displacement, loss of homes/vehicles, and more, access to abortion just got even more difficult for those affected by Harvey.”
Other pro-abortion groups and activists jumped in to help promote the donation campaign. One activist posted, “We cannot turn our back on the women who need us most in the wake of Hurricane #Harvey.”

It was difficult to get an abortion in Texas. #Harvey has made it nearly impossible. Please donate to the @lilithfund & @NatAbortionFed.

Many Twitter users were outraged. Here are a few of their responses.
The Lilith Fund is very appropriately named for a demon who steals away babies in the night pic.twitter.com/qs96tpQ9mX

This is sick, sad, and evil…

This is a great investment if you think the biggest problem with Harvey is that it didn't kill enough people. https://t.co/ZtbRkzCn0U
