This week, the LA Times reports that Immigration and Customs Enforcement is set to conduct a massive raid on illegal criminal aliens in the state’s largest city sometime before the end of February. But when that raid takes place, the feds will be swimming upstream, because state lawmakers already pledged $50 million of their own taxpayers’ money to fight every effort the Trump administration makes to return the Golden State to law-abiding citizens.
