New CMP Video: StemExpress Employees Take Baby Body Parts Without Consent From Mother

StemExpress took baby body parts without getting consent from the mother, a new Center for Medical Progress (CMP) video shows.

Former procurement technician and whistleblower Holly O’Donnell said in an interview with David Daleiden, founder of CMP, that she witnessed fetuses and baby body parts being taken by StemExpress employees at Planned Parenthood locations without having obtained a consent form from the patient. “You have to use a consent form,” she said. “I think that’s really important. You don’t just go and donate blood or anything without signing a consent form.”

But O’Donnell witnessed StemExpress employees doing just that. She explained that she witnessed StemExpress employees taking babies or their body parts — particularly high-gestated fetuses — without getting a signed consent form. The higher-gestated babies were most valuable to StemExpress. “There was no consent signed and these women didn’t know that it was getting taken. It was stealing. It was stealing baby parts.”
