NBC News Interviews Stream Editor Tom Sileo on His New Book About War Hero Who Became an Olympic Gold Medalist

Tom Sileo, Contributing Senior Editor at The Stream, was recently interviewed on the NBC 6 South Florida news program Between the Pages. Sileo discussed the new book: Fire in My Eyes (Da Capo Press), which he co-wrote, to be released on Sept. 6, 2016. The book tells the incredible true story of U.S. Navy LT Brad Snyder, who was blinded on the battlefield in Afghanistan before winning a gold medal in swimming one year later at the Paralympic Games in London.
