Leftists Use Mob Violence, Corporate Muscle to Silence Us

By John Zmirak Published on August 6, 2018

Mobs of angry, race-obsessed white activists drive an interracial pair out of a restaurant with threats and shouting. The couple flee for their safety to the public streets, pursued by the enraged whites. It takes local police to separate the couple from attackers. Many of the enraged whites belong to an organization that wears masks or hoods to obscure their identity. That secretive group engages in and advocates political violence to silence its enemies. It hounds them at their workplaces and their homes. It tries to force their employers to fire them. The ideology of this secretive group singles out one race as unworthy of equal treatment under law.

Is this a story from Alabama in the 1940s? No, this isn’t a history lesson. I ripped it from today’s headlines. The group above? Antifa. The mixed-race pair who got terrorized? Conservatives Charlie Kirk and Candace Owens, the leaders of the youth group Turning Point USA. Here are Kirk’s and Owens’ responses:

Genocidal Fantasies Okay with the New York Times

Here’s another: A journalist with a long track record of vicious, even exterminationist statements about one ethnic group is hired as an opinion writer at a major newspaper. It knew about her past expressions of racial hatred, but deemed them justified under the circumstances.

Despite her hundreds of dehumanizing, even violent statements about white men and even police officers, the Times hired her for its editorial page. In other words, it hired her not despite, but because of her views.

A piece of history about some pro-segregation paper in Tennessee, 1950? No, a bare-bones account of the New York Times’ decision to hire Sarah Jeong. An immigrant from Korea, she graduated from Harvard. Despite her hundreds of dehumanizing, even violent statements about white men and even police officers, the Times hired her for its editorial page. In other words, it hired her not despite, but because of her views. As the New York Post reported:

Jeong, a South Korean native, tweeted in November 2014: “Dumbass f–king white people marking up the internet with their opinions like dogs pissing on fire hydrants.”

In another tweet she asks, “Are white people genetically predisposed to burn faster in the sun, thus logically being only fit to live underground like groveling goblins.”

In a third tweet, Jeong wrote: “Oh man, it’s kind of sick how much joy I get out of being cruel to old white men.”

Part of me wonders whether to peg Jeong as simply a North Korean plant (the regime seeded neighboring countries with thousands of them). I mused about this yesterday:

Which Party Favors Racial Hate and Bias?

I don’t think Jeong was hired by accident. Asian-Americans are increasingly getting angry over the ruthless campaign by elite schools such as Harvard to keep them out as students, in favor of students with lower scores and grades from other ethnic groups. (The Ivies used to do this to Jewish students up through the 1940s. The brain-drain to places like New York’s City College, and the horrors of Nazi anti-Semitism, eventually shamed them into stopping.)

The Left is rightly terrified that outrage at anti-Asian quotas will goad Asian–Americans toward the Right. So what better tactic than to hire some angry, anti-white racist, in hopes of provoking a conservative backlash? That could help distract Asian-Americans from the real, explicit racial discrimination which the Left promotes.

How do we know that the Left is utterly hypocritical on these issues? The brave Candace Owen, mentioned above, took Jeong’s old Tweets about white people and plugged in “blacks” and “Jews.” That outraged Twitter’s opinion police. They suspended Owens’ account, while leaving Jeong’s untouched. Meanwhile, the editors of Jeong’s Wikipedia page keep deleting attempts to insert the facts about her racist views onto her Wiki entry.

I wrote here last week laying out the playbook of the angry Left. Increasingly it’s taking pages from the book of hate groups from the past. Why not? Hate works. It motivates people. It changes things.

The Bolshevik campaign against the middle class and prosperous farmers worked. Both groups were nearly wiped out. The state confiscated their property and hunted, jailed, or starved them.

Hate works. It motivates people. It changes things.

The Nazi targeting of Jews also worked. German Jews went from the most assimilated, highly educated, and prosperous Jewish population in history to hunted, bankrupt exiles or paupers — even before the actual Holocaust started.

In China, Mao purged his critics and liquidated most traces of pre-Revolutionary culture (churches, Confucian teachers, Buddhist temples) via the Cultural Revolution. That frenzy he whipped up killed tens of thousands. It silenced anyone who pointed to the famines and other catastrophes his misrule had inflicted (killing millions). And it did so via angry mobs of ideologized young people.

Oligarchs Silencing the Media

Enforcing silence through violence or sheer corporate power seems to be the new Leftist modus vivendi. On the same day, corporate giants Apple, Facebook, and Spotify jointly banned provocateur Alex Jones from their platforms. Conservative media watchdog Brent Bozell noted this with alarm:

I don’t support Alex Jones and what InfoWars produces. He’s not a conservative. However, banning him and his outlet is wrong. It’s not just a slippery slope, it’s a dangerous cliff that these social media companies are jumping off to satisfy CNN and other liberal outlets.

This is part of a distributing trend. In recent months top conservatives congressmen have been shadowbanned on Twitter. Pro-life and pro-gun posts have videos are often removed on several platforms. Liberal journalists even objected to one conservative outlet attending a meeting with Facebook. Several conservative organizations like Live Action and the NRA and even the Christian satire site Babylon Bee have complained they had posts removed or censored.

Social media sites are supposedly neutral platforms, but they are increasingly becoming opportunities for the left and major media to censor any content that they don’t like. The lack of transparency is also problematic and as of this release, Facebook, Apple and Spotify have provided no detailed explanation for the ban.

Conservatives are increasingly concerned that InfoWars is not the end point for those who want to ban speech. it’s just the beginning. We are rapidly approaching a point where censorship and opposing voices is the norm. That’s dangerous.

Whatever you think of Alex Jones, media oligarchs conspiring to silence him is chilling. First they came for Alex Jones…. Whom will they come for next? Probably Breitbart stands at the top of their list. But The Stream can’t be too far down it. I’ve already learned that my own Tweets are being shadowbanned. A badge of honor, these days.

The left is falling for the destabilization tactic, hook, line, and sinker, having already fallen for the demoralization tactic. This is years in the making. They take a grievance, this time past instances of racism, and build up the absurd generality that “America is racist” and the blind hypocrisy commences. It’s the same hypocrisy that says capitalism is greed, and for whatever reason a large chunk of the left is unable to distinguish between the two.

Remove thought, and you’re left with emotional reaction. Remove God, and you’re left with state given rights, and what the state giveth the state taketh away.

For the most part theses views did not prevail in 1940’s Alabama or 1950’s Tennessee so we can hope they won’t prevail here.

It is very possible that the situation becomes untenable. Even now we know better than to freely wear a MAGA hat or place a Trump/Pence bumper sticker on our car — even in the populated areas of the Bible belt the hatred and false narratives are raging, lunatic, mad in liberal controlled groups.

Yeah, is history poised to repeat itself ..? Well it does seem that the groundwork is being layed before our very eyes & ears .
Sure the horrific actions of despots throughout modern history seems to grossly overshadow the actions of a few tech giants acting as “thought police” . Yet isn’t that how those other tragedies of historic proportions began ?
Heck , I have even experienced a bit of this when Disqus blocks a comment or two or three of mine seemingly with no reason other than what would otherwise by objective readers be considered legitimate content .
Perhaps not significant enough for my “badge” but significant none the less.
So , are we on the verge of the next holocaust ..! No we are not . What we are on the verge of however seems to me to be something other than mass hysteria running wild in the streets.
Yeah there’s some of that going on . For sure . The distinction I believe between this kind of “persecution “ & what went down in the likes of “Kristallnacht” for example is huge.
The founders of our republic in what is perhaps nothing less than divine wisdom on their part affirms this.
The constitution of the United States has outlasted ANY similar or aspiring document worldwide. It when rightly understood & applied can & will put a stop to the kind of widespread lunacy “an interracial pair” experienced the other day .
Were that not to be the case , while things might get worse before they get better , for the sake of the “righteous “ in this nation a Divine intervention “ of some sort would not be out of the question.
Hey , isn’t that something of the way this nation got it’s start anyway ..?!

  • In Portland they chanted that a group of Whites, Blacks, Hispanics, Asians, Trans, and Gays were KKK and fascist.

Seriously, could there be anything more brain dead than that?

Right after those five corporations banned InfoWars, I headed over to another social media site that they just recently got started on, and discovered that they ALREADY have around 22 MILLION likes on that other site.

Read it and weep, you empty skulled, poor imitations of humanity.

With respect to race, if one thinks of the Left as consistently hating a particular race, then one misses the adaptability of their hate for political ends. One would also underestimate the power and nature of the spirit that drives and inspires them across time and generations. The Left gives themselves over to a spirit willing and capable of manufacturing the violent persecution of any race toward their Marxists or Fascist-inspired political goals. They are not the friend of any race. Blacks were inferior. Jews were money grubbers. And, today, whites are racist and the source of all evils in society. In each case those racial groups were made worthy—by the Left—of society’s ire. And, by surrendering the entirety of the educational enterprise to the America-hating Left, we’ve given away a key mechanism capable of inoculating society against such propaganda. The bottom line is that the Left will always and very rawly promote the hatred of one race or another toward their political goal. In their playbook the ends justifies the means. Any vote for any Democrat is a vote for this to continue…

What do folks make of the argument that now we can attack them in the courts when they allow something on their sites that actually do harm people? The argument is that now they have clearly taken control of their content rather than than just being a medium and so have responsibility for it. To me this opens then up to tremendous risk that I’m not sure they’ve done the calculations on. So GET ‘EM!

We think it’s bad now? God help us if Democrats come to power again. We could see this was coming, right before Trump was elected there was increasing criticism from the left that the media had made it possible by discussing him at all. That was the criticism, and I remember it well, because it seemed the direction they were heading into, not only censorship and blocking conservative speakers at colleges, but the mindset that controlling what could be talked about would be more effective.

It is one’s relationship with God that will be the defining factor for a lot of Christians, whether they experience forewarning, insight, alternate routes and other guidance to avoid harm and receive provision. Right after that, being part of the church home you are called to is pivotal. Having some experience under your belt in receiving directly from God by way of his leading makes you a great help to those around you. The Body you are part of will mean much and it is part of God’s provision.
