Joy Break: Two Cops Sing God Bless America and It’s Beautiful

By Nancy Flory Published on July 4, 2018

When we turn on our television or smart phones we are bombarded with news that brings us down. Where are all the good stories? Those stories are still there. Here’s one that we hope will bless you.

Just in time for America’s birthday, two Boston police officers sing an amazing rendition of “God Bless America.”

Officers Kim Tavares and Stephen McNulty put together a video of themselves singing the song in harmony while driving around in their patrol car. It’s called “Cop Pool Karaoke” and spoofs the “Car Pool Karaoke” that cops are doing now, reported WBZ in Boston.

While the two police officers have sung individually, they only just started singing in harmony. The patrol car version was their first time singing together.

Enjoy! And God Bless America!
