Deep State and Big Pharma Ramp Up Bird Flu ‘Psychological Terrorism’
Scientist warns of COVID-like psy-op being engineered to push testing, vaccines, masks, and lockdowns
A renowned scientist is sounding the alarm over a new move by the Deep State and Big Pharma to unleash a “pandemic” of avian flu “psychological terrorism” in order to once again manipulate the public into complying with testing, vaccines, masks, lockdowns, and quarantines.
“Don’t believe the hype generated by ex-officials from the Biden and Trump administrations,” warns Dr. Robert Malone, in a Substack post published December 31.
“This ‘pandemic’ is nothing more than an artifact of their newly developed protocols to test cattle, poultry, pets, people, and wildlife on a massive scale for avian influenza. They know and we know that the ‘vaccines’ being produced will be somewhat ineffective, as all flu ‘vaccines’ are. The government is chasing a rapidly evolving RNA virus with a syringe, just like they did with HIV and COVID-19.”
Fear Porn
In a series of posts, Malone — an expert in virology, immunology and molecular biology who is best known as the inventor of the mRNA vaccine platform used in the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines — has been responding to what he calls “fear porn” generated by the mainstream media and the U.S. National Institutes of Health.
In a December 31 press release, the NIH urged further research and use of vaccines as well as personal protective equipment (PPE) to combat the “highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza A virus (HPAI H5N1).”
While conceding that the strain “remains a low risk to the general public,” the NIH, which under former director Francis Collins was one of the main agencies pushing testing, vaccines, masks, and lockdowns during the COVID-19 crisis, called for a balance between “enhanced vigilance and business as usual.” 
H5N1 influenza viruses have circulated in at least 23 countries in recent years with a “highly pathogenic” strain infecting more than 50 mammalian species. “This spring, an HPAI H5N1 outbreak was detected among dairy cows and has now spread to cattle in 16 states leading to infections among dairy and poultry workers,” the NIH noted.
Psy-Ops Campaign
Malone warns:
What is happening now with “bird flu” is another psyops campaign being conducted by the administrative/deep state, apparently in partnership with Pharma, against the American people. All the while they are getting prepared to roll out masks, lock-downs, quarantines, etc. All the while getting ready to roll out mRNA vaccines for poultry and livestock, as well as for all of us.
The scientist also cautions about the tests being conducted: “The more they test, the more ‘bird flu’ (H5N1) they will find.” He adds: “In the past, the USG did fund a massive testing and surveillance program called ‘Biowatch.’ That program was a colossal failure and a massive waste of money. Billions of dollars.
“Of course, these facilities producing the tests have been repurposed from the COVID-19 testing facilities.”
Replaying COVID-19
Malone flags the propaganda in the legacy media pushed by key figures responsible for fanning widespread fear during the COVID-19 crisis, citing CNN medical analyst Dr. Leana Wen and Dr. Robert R. Redfield, the former director of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC),.
Echoing the NIH rhetoric on the alleged spread of H5N1 in a December 31 Face the Nation broadcast, Wen said, “It is one more sign that the drumbeat of bird flu coming closer to humans is becoming a major threat. We’ve not been doing nearly enough testing, so we really don’t know the extent of bird flu that’s out there in humans.”
A “new hybrid virus,” she claimed, is “more contagious and causes more severe disease” which “becomes a major threat to humankind.”
Anticipating the incoming Trump administration with the choice of vaccine-skeptic activist Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Wen urged the Biden administration to begin using “rapid home tests” based on “lessons learned” from the COVID-19 pandemic “in the days they have left.” Unlike COVID, she said, “there is actually a vaccine developed already against H5N1” and “the Biden administration has contracted with manufacturers to make almost five million doses of the vaccine.”
Wen urged Biden to ask the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to authorize the vaccine immediately “because we don’t know what the Trump administration is going to be doing around bird flu,” especially “if they have people coming in with antivaccine stances” that could “hold up vaccine authorization.”
When asked whether the H5N1 virus is “super dangerous,” Wen said, “The World Health Organization estimates that in prior outbreaks of the bird flu, the mortality rate [was] 52 percent.” 
Malone said that is “frankly, a lie that the WHO is promoting. Bird flu generally is not tested for when someone has flu symptoms.”
He went on to plead:
And just like the WHO reporting on an exaggerated case fatality rate for [monkeypox], which was also based on a sampling error, or for COVID-19, again a sampling error, it is now used to justify psychological bioterrorism on the world population. Please don’t fall for it.
Malone cites a highly alarmist News Nation television interview with Redfield, in which the former CDC director predicted that “the bird flu could make COVID look like a little pandemic” and “it’s not a question of if, it’s more of a question of when.”
“It is genuinely shocking,” says Malone. “This fear mongering comes from an ex-director of the CDC. Shame on him! One has to wonder what conflict of interest motivated him to say this on national TV?”
New Vaccines
Meanwhile, the NIH announced that its sister agency, the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) (formerly led by the now-infamous Dr. Anthony Fauci), is “currently funding: a new H5N1 avian flu vaccine candidate that can potentially spur immunity to various strains of the virus and offer long-lasting protection” which “is set to begin early-stage human clinical trials in 2025.”
The NIAID has also revealed it is developing substances added to vaccines to enhance effectiveness that are being evaluated as components of candidate mRNA and inactivated H5N1 influenza vaccines.
Additionally, it is seeking to create “a universal influenza vaccine” that “could neutralize most or all influenza virus strains and eliminate the need for an annual flu vaccination.”
On Thursday, TIME magazine reported that CDC Director Mandy Cohen had pointed to mRNA as a preferred platform for the shot, and several companies — including Moderna, Pfizer and GlaxoSmithKline (in collaboration with CureVac) — are working to design the H5N1 jab.
In July, the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority awarded Moderna $176 million to develop an updated mRNA H5N1 vaccine, TIME stated.
“The concern is that this virus could acquire the capacity to attach to human cells and spread widely,” said Dr. William Schaffner, a professor of infectious diseases at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and spokesperson for the Infectious Disease Society of America. “That would be opening the door to a new pandemic for sure.”
Malone sees a worsening trend at work.
“The need to scare people into more and more vaccines is a dangerous trend. And yes, the more vaccinations one receives, the more likely an adverse event,” he said. “It is time for Congress to rethink the vaccine liability laws.
“Will we all comply? Will we be forced to comply? Will President Trump go along with the PsyWar/psyops campaign again? We will know soon enough.”
