Christine Blasey Ford: Abortion Profiteer.

By John Zmirak Published on October 1, 2018

Supporters of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s vague and unsubstantiated charges, based on hazy memories, against SCOTUS pick Brett Kavanaugh have their mantras. One of them is “Women don’t lie!”

We should answer: “Ever heard of Asia Argento? How about Tawana Brawley? Those white Southern women who sent innocent black men to the gallows under Jim Crow?” The reply, of course, will be … crickets.

Their next, slightly subtler slogan is, “Why would she lie?” In other words, why turn her life upside down, and be subject to the same of kind of appalling death threats to which the Kavanaugh family now is subject?

Dr. Christine Blasey Ford profited directly from abortion.

One sane answer is: To control a seat on the U.S. Supreme Court. Candidates for office routinely lie to get a whole lot less. Zealots on single issues, such as abortion, sometimes kill people. What makes us sure that Ford isn’t such a zealot, maybe a real rape victim recruited to blame the wrong guy, for the Cause?

Anyway, he deserves it, as a privileged white male who might, just might, endanger “women’s reproductive health care access”? (That is, abortion on demand through all nine months of pregnancy.)

Follow the Money

But here’s an even more direct reason why Ford might be blaming the wrong guy for what happened to her: She has profited from an abortion drug. That’s right. As Natural News has reported, Ford

works for a pharmaceutical company that manufacturers an abortion pill drug, whose profits could be strongly impacted by future Supreme Court decisions on abortion rights.

Corcept Therapeutics (Corcept.com) manufacturers and markets an abortion pill drug called mifepristone, and Christine Blasey Ford is a co-author of at least eight published scientific papers produced by the pharmaceutical giant to promote its pills. You can see Blasey’s name listed on several publications at this Corcept.com web page detailing their research papers.

Corcept Therapeutics, Inc., a $166 billion market cap company (stock symbol CORT) reportedly has current annual sales of $216 million. The company offers just one drug, mifepristone, which is widely known as an “abortion pill” or RU-486.

The controversial site Gateway Pundit first broke this story. It seems to have all its facts straight. And it leaves out a key one: Ford actually worked as “director of biostatistics for Corcept Therapeutics in Menlo Park,” according to the San Francisco Chronicle. (H/T Tiger Droppings.)

Okay, so the one person with a remotely plausible story attacking Kavanaugh, whose story Democrats saved as a Hail Mary pass, turns out to have profited directly from an abortion drug. Imagine if an anti-gun SCOTUS appointee were just about to be confirmed. Then some right-wing woman came out with vague, unproveable charges? Then we learned that the accuser had worked for a company that made AR-15s. How much credence would the media give her? More crickets.

If anyone has the standing to question Ford in detail as to why she didn’t report the alleged assault for more than three decades, it’s Juanita Broaddrick.

Juanita Broaddrick Should Question Ford in the Senate

The Republicans should stand firm on their right to bring in outside counsel to question Dr. Ford. They’re smart to consider bright women lawyers, such as former Senator Kelly Ayotte. We don’t want this to just a bunch of guys questioning a woman’s attempted rape story, however shaky. But there’s one more person who should be there, even if it’s only to pose a question or two.

I mean Juanita Broaddrick, the Arkansas nurse who made far more credible, evidenced, timely rape charges against Bill Clinton. Who got waved off, mocked, and ignored by Clinton-sniffing media. And threatened by Hillary. As Broaddrick herself points out:

If anyone has the standing to question Ford in detail as to why she didn’t report the alleged assault for more than three decades, it’s Broaddrick. If the Republicans aren’t ready to play such hardball, they’re irresponsible fools, keen to lose.

Which of course is an open question.

  • Mmm-hmm…the plot thickens!

The Democrats are utterly pathetic, like Hillary, stuck in the 90s using a 90s playbook that doesn’t work in the internet age. Beyond that they have a bunch of Marxists in their party, ones who either had their memories erased or were simply never taught about the 20th century. Then to top off this face palm party, you have Barack flailing about, trying his best to keep it and himself afloat.

Yikes! Why would anyone vote Democrat at this point?

    • Tedd Foxx

The drones, sheeple, snowflakes and millennials will vote demonCrap because that is what their parents, demonCrap friends, co-workers and college professors are using in their brainwashing.

    • Thomas Dahl

Hang on, have I missed something? I thought it was trump who was lining the pockets of the 1% with his taxcuts etc. Or have I missed something?

  • Cody

Women don’t lie, just take a look at Hillary she lies so much she makes satan look like a saint.

  • Aloha12

Red wave coming. The ugliness of the Democrat party on full display for all to see and most are disgusted.

    • Tedd Foxx

Most of the members of my family are demonCraps and they are totally believing all of the lies that the MSM and the demonCraps are spewing. My sister actually believes that President Trump is conspiring with Russia to take away our freedoms and that Hitlery Rotten Liar Cliton was going to keep America free. Hitlery was selling America to China and Russia. She is the real traitor to America.

    Women don’t lie ? hahahahahahaaaaaaaa…..

Has anyone actually researched if Corcept sells mifepristone for abortion? I just checked out their website and their research and work is for treating high blood sugar and high cortisol levels resulting from Cushing’s syndrome. In fact the site actually has this warning:

“MOST IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT KORLYM® (MIFEPRISTONE) 300 mg TABLETS

Korlym should never be taken by women who are pregnant or who might become pregnant. Taking Korlym during pregnancy will result in the loss of a pregnancy. A pregnancy test is required before starting Korlym or if treatment is interrupted for more than 14 days. Talk with your doctor about how to prevent pregnancy.”

    • shari_b

Uses. Mifepristone (also known as RU 486) is used to cause an abortion during the early part of a pregnancy. It is used up to week 10 of pregnancy (up to 70 days after the first day of your last menstrual period). Mifepristone blocks a natural substance (progesterone) that is needed for your pregnancy to continue.

      I think you are wrong…Mifepristone

Mifepristone, also known as RU-486, is a medication typically used in combination with misoprostol, to bring about an abortion. This combination is more than 95% effective during the first 50 days of pregnancy. It is also effective in the second trimester of pregnancy. Effectiveness should be verified two weeks after use. It is taken by mouth.More at Wikipedia

      • RH

I’m well aware of the RU-486 combination of Mifepristone/Misoprostol to induce an abortion. It’s awful. My questioning is more to do with Corcepts research and distribution of mifepristone which is used for treating Cushing’s syndrome. Their entire website and research as far as I can tell has to do with Cushing’s syndrome and gives warnings about pregnancy as I posted above. I’m not saying that abortionists can’t purchase Corcepts branded mifepristone for abortion use, I’m just questioning the labeling of Corcepts as a company whose business and research is abortion. I’m just asking for someone to do more research/digging on this specific company’s distribution of Korlym (mifepristone).

        • Krasney Quite Enjoys Democrats

Cushing’s syndrome has an incidence rate of 2 to 3 people per million. Therefore, the entire world market for this product is 23,000 customers.
If this is their only product, the valuation of the company at 1.66 Billion seems… optimistic.

          • Zmirak

            Thanks. Exactly.

          • Tedd Foxx

Nowhere in the article is the writer claiming the market valuation of the company is $1.6 billion. He did say that the market valuation is $166 billion, and he was referring to the entire market for that group of abortion drugs. That is based on what the drug is REALLY being used for. The off-label sales are for multiple labels all with the same generic properties, being marketed for abortions. The company isn’t really making its money on drugs for Cushing’s. That may be what the drug was created for, but its actual use is predominantly for abortions.

    • Zmirak

The drug is widely, and mostly, used “off-label” to end pregnancies.

      • RH

Yes, I know, but please see my response to annieside below. Thanks.

        • Chester Courtland

“Taking Korlym during pregnancy will result in the loss of a pregnancy.”

RH, isn’t this a hint to why this drug is used as an abortion pill off-label? It was you who copied and pasted this.

    • Tedd Foxx

The drug warning is the very reason they are selling the drug Korlym to abortion clinics. Those clinics tend not to prescribe drugs for high blood sugar. Any organization that sells fetus body parts will used pitch forks to perform abortions.

  • Hmmm…

Michelle Malkin is saying, “Don’t believe a gender; believe evidence .”

I don’t support the statement near the bottom about Republicans and hardball and being fools if not. It will help their caucus it would seem when some of their old guard actually fade away and they are replaced by more administration supporting persons. But in the meantime, hopefully, even some of the always objecting ones will get enough of this charade.

  • Dave

Smearing her from all angles now

    • Chip Crawford

Yeah, one really ought to be able to just pass a note to someone with an attack claim and get quick results on it. You know, the guy down the street’s dog barks all the time and they leave toys in the yard, messy stuff all the time. It’s a nuisance and I don’t like them. I’m looking into whom would be the most direct person to notice about this. Hopefully, I can get the guy and his family shut down in at least a month. I have rights and I’m more important and I don’t have to prove anything, so shut up, says crazy Mazie, and do what I want! Guess that’s what they mean when they talk about “our Democracy.” Oh yeah, this is great …

      • Chip Crawford

And you know some will pay really well if you help get people out of their way. You don’t have to go to the Mob anymore. This big org has backers that will take care of all of it – run in the protestors just at the right time, fill multiple targets up with torment and abuse. And they’ve got a big bullhorn that will blast your message for you, whatever you want to say. It’s so much easier than it used to be …

      • Tedd Foxx

This is the same ploy Comey used after he got fired. He came up with a memo that can not be proven that it was written before the firing, but it is being used as evidence. Obviously, Comey has an agenda and that is being proved by nearly 2 years of the Mueller witch hunt and still no proof of collusion. As such, Mueller starts to put the squeeze on Manafort for crimes committed over 10-years ago, and Cohen takes a plea for something he did that wasn’t a crime. There is significant bias proven by multiple associates of the FBI and yet our AG is doing nothing about it. Rosenstein, Mueller, Ohr and Wray should all be terminated.

        • Thomas Dahl

Sorry, how many inditments has Müller issued by now? All of them fake?

    • John A.

You are really confused. What is happening to the judge is a smear. 100% unverified claims that have been totally denied by everyone named by these women. On the other hand, facts are being presented regarding her and the other accusers.

      • Chester Courtland

Dave is a long time Media Matters troll.

    • mass55th

Don’t know if that’s you in the picture Dave, but you should be concerned about all the aborted babies, black and white that this woman has profited from. She’s no better than Margaret Sanger who believed abortion was the way to control the black population.

      • Chester Courtland

Dave doesn’t care about babies, he stands out behind abortion mills and dumpster dives for his lunch. It’s my understanding that he prefers first trimester aborted babies, they’re less chewy than third trimester aborted babies.

        • mass55th

LOL!!! No doubt you’re right by the looks of the picture.

        • Tedd Foxx

          Ouch!

            Actually 1 for 3 isn’t that bad

    • Tedd Foxx

Dr. Ford is guilty of lying. Of that I am sure. She is being manipulated by the DemonRats on the Judiciary committee and Feinstein should just shut her trap. Feinstain had a driver for 20 years who was a Chinese spy. It’s amazing that the MSM doesn’t give that any coverage.

      • Dave

Who needs facts when we gots Tedd Foxx?

    • Mr. X.

It’s not smearing her if it’s true. It’s called context.

  • Ray

“to control a seat..” I think about sums it up. Is there some witchcraft behind all of this? No matter what it is, “women’s rights”, or anything else, it only seems to matter when it is about controlling a seat, or whatever the political agenda is. Mark Levin made this clear enough on his program last week, Life Liberty, and Levin. America must return to it’s constitution.

  • Andrew Mason

There is also the possibility that Ford is delusional and believes her allegation despite it being untrue. That wouldn’t make her a liar per se, but would still make her a weapon being wielded by Democrats against Kavanaugh.

    • annieside

I think both women have been groomed to remember this man as the assailant. Both women had originally stated their reluctance and their foggy memory. I don’t believe that either woman truly knows that this man was the culprit but in their minds, the stakes are too high not to pin it on him. They can save the country from a reversal of Roe and that alone will justify their decision to put a face on their unclear memory and that face belongs to Kavanaugh.

      • mass55th

How does a lawyer qualify as an expert in extracting repressed memories regarding a sexual abuse encounter from 30+ years ago? It’s laughable, and would never even be allowed as evidence in a court of law. A lawyer is not a medical professional, trained to conduct such sessions.

      • Chester Courtland

Ford and Ramirez are MK Ultra victims. All the signs are there.

        • annieside

          This is a frightening thought!

      • Tedd Foxx

I think that the Judiciary Committee needs to vote to confirm Judge Kavanaugh after the “testimony” by Dr. Ford. We know where Judge Kavanaugh stands. He is completely believable when he denies Dr. Ford’s claims. Dr. Ford on the other hand is not so believable.

        • Thomas Dahl

          And truth be darned…

    • Chester Courtland

Some psychologists and psychiatrists are as mentally unstable as those they treat or research. That field is littered with unstable minds.

  • annieside

I have no reason not to believe that Ford was assaulted by someone at a party when she was a teenager, it happened to me. But what I don’t see is any evidence that the assailant was Kavanaugh. As a Dem defector from 2016, I have watched the DNC behave like a rabid dog since Trump took office. The confirmation hearings for this judge have been a three-ring circus thanks to the Dems who have promised to fight this with everything and never let up. These accusations follow the heckling women who disrupted the hearings over and over again. It is so obvious that the DNC will stop at nothing to get rid of this candidate including lying and finding women who have an agenda similar to their own to perjure themselves or put flimsy accusations with a taste of truth but nothing more than that. No one has corroborated these allegations from any of these women. But this latest connection for Ford and the abortion drug is the icing on a very distasteful cake. I don’t know where the DNC thinks the defectors from their party, who DemExited after their 2016 convention will go or how they will vote but their actions since have made it impossible for this independent to look in their direction.

    • Rod

Meanwhile the DNC continues to support, without question, its number two man, Keith Ellison, who has been accused of domestic abuse and who is, get this, running for Attorney General of Minnesota this election.

You can’t write a novel with this stuff in it. No one would believe it. Good on you for deserting the party that’s only in it for the power now.

      • BigDaddy Walker

That’s their M.O. Take everything they do wrong and cast it on an innocent victim. Sickos

    • Tedd Foxx

I agree with your analysis completely. The Senate Demoncrats on the Judiciary committee will stop at nothing. Dr. Ford can’t even keep her story straight and she can’t consistently remember details of the event. I guarantee that most women will remember many of the details if they are raped. Granted there may be shock involved. However, I think the Demoncrats are coaching Dr. Ford as to what to say. Also, Dr. Ford has been personally involved in writing papers for a pharmaceutical company that produces an abortion pill, so her bias is very obvious. The demoncrats think that Judge Kavanaugh support repealing Roe v. Wade, but they have NO evidence to support those claims. Dr. Ford can’t remember where the rape occurred and one witness that was supposedly supporting her story could not tell anything consistent with what Dr. Ford said. Then that witness deleted a twitter post. This is sounding more and more an engineered story by the Demonrats.

      • annieside

I saw that about the pharma company and was disgusted with this connection. I also find it interesting that Prof Ford’s social presence has been completely wiped out. Even her page on Rate Your Professor has had all comments removed. There is a much bigger influence playing at this game.

    • Thomas Dahl

And what if she is telling the truth? Gonna make your little rant here look pretty foolish. Why can’t we focus on finding out the truth rather than what your bigotry says is the truth!

      • Mr. X.

Of course, I forgot, people are only allowed to have opinions if you agree with them. Otherwise you label them as bigots. You do see the irony, right…

      • Lucretia Mott

In fact, there will be NO way to determine what is the truth here. And the burden of proof is on the accuser… this will be left to the persons who vote to confirm or not to confirm. Neither side will be able to conclude without a shadow of a doubt one way or the other.

  • roundtownbob

The DNC may hope that Kavanaugh will falter, but if not, their real aim is to dissuade any quality individuals from seeking high office in the future with the knowledge that they and their families may be subject to such an attack.

    • Chester Courtland

That won’t work either. Next up for a seat on SCOTUS will be Judge Amy Barrett. The democrats will be hard pressed to attack a woman like they have with Kavanaugh.

      • Justin Nother

Thats why Farrow and his lavender mafia friends at the New Yorker are whining about dildos.

        /grossed out

      • Tedd Foxx

The demonRats will attack any appointee to the Supreme Court by President Trump or any Republican President. The “Rats” know no bounds to their sleaziness.

    • Tedd Foxx

The DemonRats will attack anyone who doesn’t sing their song. Also, it won’t dissuade people from seeking higher office, because many, many corrupt demonRats seek higher office every year. It’s like saying that if we use bug spray the cockroaches will stay away. That doesn’t work either.

      • Cody

I believe the demo-cults are fighting God, but are so dumb they don’t know it, their hat for everything God loves, and their love for everything God hates is showing the world their true colors. Its the party of the devil.

  • mass55th

The article doesn’t mention another well-known case of the Duke Lacrosse players who were falsely accused of rape. In March 2006, Crystal Gail Mangum, a black student at North Carolina Central University who worked as a stripper, escort, and dancer, accused three white Duke University students – all members of the Duke Blue Devils men’s lacrosse team – of raping her. The rape was alleged to have occurred at a party held at the house of two of the team’s captains in Durham on March 13, 2006. Durham District Attorney Nifong suggested that the alleged rape was a hate crime.

Turns out it was all a lie, and people’s lives were ruined all because of a lie. DA Mike Nifong was disbarred for “dishonesty, fraud, deceit and misrepresentation”, making him the first prosecutor in North Carolina disbarred for trial conduct. He’d also lied about sharing DNA tests.

The accuser was not punished for her lies in the case. However:

“In February 2010, she was arrested on charges of attempted murder of her live-in partner, Milton Walker. She was eventually convicted of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile, injury to personal property and resisting a public officer.

In November 2013, she was found guilty of second-degree murder after she repeatedly stabbed boyfriend Reginald Daye, who died 10 days after she attacked him. She was sentenced to 14 to 18 years in prison.”

So gee…women do lie about rape and sexual assault. It happens all the time. And I can say that because I’m a woman.

    • Tedd Foxx

Senator Feinstein should be removed from the Senate. She is a treacherous liar.

Abortion is illegal in Brazil. Women still get them.

  • Rod

The link between Blasey Ford and Corcepts looks real, if dated, but not the abortion drug RU 486 to Corcepts wasn’t initially clear to me on looking at the company. However, a research report states that their sole product is Korlym and it turns out that (from another source) “Mifepristone is available under the following different brand names: Mifeprex, Korlym, and RU486.” The company markets Korlym for another purpose, but it’s conceivable that its rapid sales growth could be due to its use in abortions.

However, the company is about a $1.6 bn company, not $166 billion as stated in the article.

The company has seen sales growing quite rapidly the past few years so if she owns shares she might have a financial axe to grind in this. Or she could conceivably be protecting the fruits of her past research.

    • Tedd Foxx

The writer of the article was referring to the Market Capitalization if you read what he wrote. That is the entire market he was referring to, not the company revenue. He said the company revenue was $216 million.

      • Rod

I read what he wrote, then checked his numbers because I doubted that a company with only $216 million in annual revenue could be worth $166 billion. And it isn’t. It has about 125 million shares and sells at around $14. Do the math. It has about a $1.7 billion market capitalization, not $166 billion.

    • Spear Joanne

and so what if she worked there? She was a numbers cruncher. She didnt market the drug. Didn’t promote it. Its like if you worked at big corporation like maybe Honeywell that has a division that makes nuclear weapons?

      • John Doe

        That’s such a dumb answer.

  • JaneSmith100

I hate to inject LOGIC into here but Kavanaugh already said that he’s not going to rule against abortion, that Roe V Wade is “settled” & “law”. Also, this may very well be true, but it’s most likely NOT the reason that Blasey-Ford “thought” that Kavanaugh was her attacker. It’s more likely she really despises Republicans. So, she thought this happened but no one can back up her story.

  • Howard Rosenbaum

That “open question “ is precisely what the left has been banking on .

Oh, I think she has plenty to gain.

Thank you for your comment not sure what it had to do with my request for a lie detector however it turns out she did do one. Did you see the results? They were posted yesterday. Not good on her part hmmmm kind of fits the rest of her story : )

      • Lucretia Mott

It says she passed the LD test. How is that not good for her? But I do not know how much weight LD tests really pull. I don’t think they’re considered scientific. If the person believes their own lies, then they are a pathological liar, a person with a mental condition.

        • Truthisnotmeasuredbyconsensus

I’ve heard conflicting info and that the line of questioning regarding the test were vague. I’m sure the questions asked were based on who controlled the test. Besides the test, her actions, words etc scream louder than any test and she’s proving everyday her credibility is well obsolete. This is all becoming a new chapter in “little boy blue” to where even chicken little is shaking his head : )

          • Lucretia Mott

In view of the fact that this post was from 11 days ago and we have learned a mountain of info in this time, I would now say in retrospect, that since her own ex-boyfriend admitted that she was coaching her ex-friend, the former FBI agent, how to fudge on a lie detector test, the entire subject of said test in her case has become a moot point. Agree?

      • Chip Crawford

I saw that as waiting for Judge K to take one

    • Marina Vulis

      He is apologizing to Anita

      • Chip Crawford

        you like that, i’m sure

  • Thomas Dahl

This is one messed up forum.. guilty before proven.. what do you all think you are saying. Take a deep breath. Step back and think a little.

    • Lucretia Mott

I just hope it all comes out in the wash. Thing of it is, she made a false claim against an innocent man and it was unconscionable. Don’t be surprised at Monday morning quarterbacks now coming out with theories as to why she lied. But we are not judge and jury here. Hopefully the investigations will commence.

  • DPJohns

This is only, and has only, been about the lefts (the Dems) holy grail, their one true god, abortion. They thrive on it; Hollywood embraces it as if it were someones baptism or first communion. The left always has been pro death (except for child rapists and murderers). The love it in film, in song, from conception to assisted suicide; they even turn a blind eye to women being stoned to death in the middle east. So, yes, this is all about abortion, plain and simple.

    • Spear Joanne

They also dont like his record on unions, corporations and coal companies and the EPA.

      • Chip Crawford

None of which matters to an independent Constitutionalist. Your activist mindset betrays itself.

  • Lucretia Mott

I hope ALL of these little kernels of knowledge come out when she is questioned. The vicious, vile liberals have already been judge and jury and as one would expect, reversed our norms of “innocent until proven guilty” and made their decision. Shame on all of those who can’t even be honest with themselves.

    • Qnon

She didn’t work on the pill . It was a company that sold chemical that had many medical applications .Go look up what Korlym is used to treat.

      • Jim Elmore

You look it up. The main ingredient is an abortion pill that is prescribed alone to do the job. Don’t believe me, and I would just cause I said it, but check WebMD for that ingredient. The disease associated with diabetes, i.e., Cushings Syndrome, is rare. The use of their other pill mifepristone (also known as RU 486) is in fact used alone to induce abortion and is far more lucrative. That said, it is a lie in the article but has no bearing on the truth of Dr. Ford’s assertion or the veracity of Judge Kavanaugh’s denial. She passed a poly, he won’t take a poly. That is the only reason I prefer to let this candidate be voted down as otherwise he is a solid candidate as conservative or liberal is not a reason for denial/approval. It’s hypocritical of both sides claiming the other is using dirty tricks. GOP delayed the hearings last term, the Dems this term…. politictics to the detriment of our system but nonetheless perfectly legal.

        • Qnon

The reason I want him voted down is he has other issues like a possible gambling problem and lied under oath during his last appointment. And he may of hacked into some congressman’s email account.

          • Chip Crawford

notice: this dope upticks his/her own comment — nobody else would … hahaha

          • Wikibear1923

I did do it with a few to get back the number I had earlier. I lost over six hundred earlier in the year but one day i lost over 300 upticks. Most of my upvotes were from me defending the bible on world net daily.

          • Chip Crawford

Your replies continue to challenge … now basic sense. Well, there’s always hope that someday you’ll actually read and comprehend the Bible. I’m sorry, but until your statements gain actual credibility, your kind of “defense” will serve as a liability. It’s essential to actually know what you are talking about.

        • Spear Joanne

She was director of biostatistics. Does a director of biostats sell or market the drug? No she would I assume take the research her company did and do analysis on it. The company probably made more than 1 drug. And this is not the main ingredient. It has to be used with another drug. Would she profit off of it? No. In that field you have to sign documents every year saying you will not use information to buy or sell stock under Federal law.

  • bandit1

For instance IF he was to withdraw or never be confirmed??? What then??? I’d bet all these “women” and especially this p.o.s. would not press any charges or pursue this crock any further. Just as she NEVER called police or reported this in the last 36 THIRTY SIX YEARS!!!!! She’s still riding on her 15 minutes of fame and all the cash she’ll collect… If such a horrible thing happened to a self-confessed party girl, why wait ’till now???? Amazing!! This will go away within 6 months and on with yet ANOTHER attack on Trump and his agenda will be waged..

  • bandit1

For any Seinfeld fans out there, it’s not a lie if you believe it….. Maybe this should be the Demonrats motto!! All their liberal minions believe anything they’re told. Well, as long as it furthers their agenda anyways..

    • Jim Elmore

I agree the article above is mostly a lie and provable, but thinking that the GOP is above this is beyond belief. You see even more of the crap… I take it back before I even said it…instead, I’ll say both sides tell to much bs and/or are both fueled by Russian Trolls.

  • Nicole Carter

You are stupid you as a victim should have spoke up a long time ago. It wasn’t shamed or had any consequences at that time! Shame on you for coming up with a story that was convenient to your political views! If it did happen SHAME on YOU for not having the balls to take care of it at the time. You are completely shamed for your actions this amount of years later. I wish I could go back in time and bully you on your outfit one day in the past you could prevent me from continuing my career! Thank you for being so shameless back then with
Knowledge it would help to better your future!

    • Spear Joanne

I was raped in 1987. Never told anyone except my husband about 20 years later. And YES IT HAD SHAME in the 1980s even worse than today. 1 people would not believe you 2 they would blame you for being a party 3 they would say its boys being boys 4 your parents would say you brought shame on the family and then 5 you would have to testify in front of your accuser in court if you could get a cop or lawyer to believe you

      • Hmmm…

Maybe; maybe not. If you’re a Democrat, you are questionable, because you are following a party of liars and manipulators. And you are going for this obvious charade being perpetrated on the American people.

      • tina maria moore

I bet you remember where it happened. You should be outraged at Ford

  • chris

why would she lie? lets all laugh at that. perhaps we can go back in time and see how many women were contacted by that invisible payer who researched their backgrounds to find an intersecting point in life with kavanaugh.

    • Spear Joanne

Maybe because she wanted death threats, her reputation ruined, her family having to move, to have body guards, to have millions of people ridicule you, to be told she is fat and ugly, to have her career ended, to have every personal detail of her life examined…….or maybe because she is telling the truth and Kavanaugh was too drunk to remember?

      • Chip Crawford

Or because she has wanted to break into the million $ bracket, is an activist already, thus the scrubbing of her social media, because she was hypnotized during her counseling session with her husband (marriage counseling) and the suggestion of Kavanaugh as the culprit came up out of a bank of memories from that, because the media in this country is predominantly left and the Dims can pay to guard her secrets and she is lying about the actual threats and ridicule and that delicate Southern belle impersonation stinks to high Heaven and her testimony gaped with holes throughout and Republicans are far nicer people than the Dimcruds any day of the week and twice on Sunday, because they actually attend church and have an entirely more moral compass. Go ahead and screech banshee, we’ve all heard it before. NO sale.

      • chris

shes gas lighting. its obvious. but hey you want to defend a liar because you are female ,right. truth matters male or female. the timing, the tall tale .,all of it prove shes a paid lying fraud. and no i am not a man.

        • Hmmm…

Neither am I. To accept this woman as stated, given the benefit of the doubt, vilifying anyone who would dare question she drippeth ought but truth. Absurd. She should be shaken down to her lying roots. The Dims can only get someone they have to prop up, pay off, coach, have their cohorts in the press to say oh so credible, I believer her. That was said on the first whiff of her existence. It is outrageous. there’s talk of little lies — how about the lies she’s told about her fear of flying, not knowing that the Republicans offered to send staff to California to interview her, and a number of other discrepancies. The Dims latch onto anything Judge K says and deem it a lie on contact and go to the races from there. Hey, the electorate turned down HRC’s dog and pony show, they aren’t going for this and related resistance outrages and follies either. This is a rather sickeningly speaking woman, terrified she says, requiring consummate coddling and special arrangements and handling. I don’t think she’s a dupe of the Dims, but a willing participant — for a price, of course.

          • Lucretia Mott

I’m a woman too and I resent her for giving women a bad name. If you are suggesting that this ploy was too low for the democrats to stoop, you are one silly person. I don’t know any women who has not encountered some form of sexual abuse, either full on rape, inappropriate touching, grabbing, etc. so I know what I am talking about when I say that it is horrible and perpetrators need to be found and punished. But for God’s sake, using your womanhood to ruin a good man with an obvious ulterior motive? UH UH.

      • tina maria moore

After hearing Ford’s words from her own mouth she cannot remember. She doesn’t know the month or day of the week or where it happened…

        • Lucretia Mott

How she got there, how she got home, whose house it was, the street she was on, and not even the year it happened. Only Kavanaugh and Judge. Bullpucky.

  • Clay Matthews

Those white Southern women who sent innocent black men to the gallows under Jim Crow?” The reply, of course, will be … crickets……..Because black men never rape white women

  • Jim Elmore

I wanted to use this article as a source, but it is partially false and therefore as equal to the bs of the other side. The drug mifepristone (also known as RU 486) is in fact used alone to induce abortion; yes, it is often combined with the other drug but doesn’t have to be. Dang, why do you have to lie about the use of the drug! smh It’s PRIMARY use is abortion. Check out webMD independently to verify or another site. In fact, it’s difficult but not impossible to find the only other use related to diabetes/Cushing’s syndrome. JOHN ZMIRAK instead of helping Dr. Ford, you and your ilk of both political parties or the extremes of them just have to lie for your cause. I am sure glad I checked out the drug before relying on your crapola!

    • Kathy Saho

“Mifepristone was approved for abortion in the United States by the FDA in September 2000.[71] It is legal and available in all 50 states, Washington, D.C., Guam, and Puerto Rico.[72] It is a prescription drug, but it is not available to the public through pharmacies; its distribution is restricted to specially qualified licensed physicians, sold by Danco Laboratories under the trade name Mifeprex.” I was sub-clinical Cushing’s and never given this.

      • Spear Joanne

Mifepristone is off label used with another drug to terminate. It’s also way more expensive so not really used. She is a PhD in psychology and would never be allowed to do primary medical research. If her name is on a paper it’s because she was the ‘number cruncher’ as director of biostatistics for the company and would have taken the raw data and told the researchers what significance the results had.

        • 4Veritas

What does it matter? She worked for them as a number cruncher then.

          • Chester Courtland

She worked as a biostatistician which is in fact, in layman’s terms, a numbers cruncher. They are important during the clinical trial phases of drug development.

        • Chester Courtland

Ford is a biostatistician and they are always brought in during the clinical trial phases to tabulate and consult on the psychological contraindications of pharmaceuticals, biologics and medical devices. Biostatisticians are primarily PhD’s.

  • Deplorable Patriot

Democrats: The party of abortion, illegal alliens, America second or anything other than first, safe spaces, guilty until proven innocent, man buns, beta males, new sex gender “X”’ers, hate trump, history begins today’ers, toxic masculinity (what ever the f that is lol) and obstructionist.

Not sure actually what platform they’re really running on but what’s above, seriously, right.?

    • Robotnik

They are a diverse coalition of freaks, fringe dwellers, and criminals. Their whole political platform panders to the seedier elements of society – the outcasts and malcontents.

  • Judy0616

Shed carefully placed the “holes” in her story so the judge could not prove she was lying. She puts herself forward as a
fragile little woman being picked on by men when she is really a diabolical mentally ill woman who might have been
molested by a close family member when she was a child. She then transferred those feelings to the judge.

Now that we know proof is not needed to destroy lives, some allegations against senators and certain media people are in order.

    • Robotnik

Nah. The whole thing was concocted of thin air. It was all conceived and coordinated by Democrat political hacks. I don’t give her any benefit of any doubt. This was all a deliberate hoax made vague enough so that you couldn’t pinch her for lying – yet they did get lies from her. Enough to make it public in congressional session. She should be prosecuted for lying under oath to Congress, and slapped with a big one.

      • Lucretia Mott

Yeah, like all that dough from gofundme.

  • Robotnik

My question is, if there were pretty women available, why would the judge pick Christine Blasey to hit on? There’s no logic. She is unkempt and undesirable. It looks like she avoids the shower.

    • Chip Crawford

Check. An overall serious case of the uglies …
She appears to have some money one would think, how about at least a nose job?

      • Lucretia Mott

Couldn’t care less about her nose. She came off as someone with serious mental challenges. I also enjoyed all her lies getting exposed. Fear of flying, claustrophobia, on and on. Listening to her timid mouse voice was like nails on a chalkboard. Delusional woman, period.

    • Spear Joanne

ReallY? What did you look like in 1982.

    • Chip Crawford

do come back to this site often!

    • Irene Neuner

Her look was designed to make everyone feel horribly sorry for her. The glasses, the hair it was good and it totally worked. It was key.

People never feel sorry for confident well kept women.

      She is a total fake.

      • Lucretia Mott

and look at the youtube videos of the body language used. I particularly like the pointing out of the “pretty pose” and the “little girl raspy valley girl voice.” The recanting of the story – lots of “emotion” but not a bit of a tear coming out of her eyes. The coaching by her attorneys was so obvious.

  • Spear Joanne

Do you know what a director of biostatistics does? They look at the research the scientists in the company does. She did not do any primary research. She is a phd in psych and would never be allowed to do medical research. Also the drug in question Korlym is not an abortion drug but a drug to treat Cushing’s. It is not recommended for medically induced abortions because its more expensive and not as effective it has to be used with another drug misoprostol.

    • ARB

Korlym might not be marketed as an abortion drug, but it is still mifepristone. It’s not as if they’ve somehow denatured it to make it no longer function as an abortofacient. And Cushing’s isn’t their only sales pitch for mifepristone—Corcept is also trying to expand into other fields, previously including (as demonstrated by Ford’s own publication history) treatment of psychotic depression. I’m highly skeptical that they don’t have their eyes on making money in the abortion market as well. (Indeed, I suspect the psychotic depression angle was intended to give unethical pharmacists an excuse to stock mifepristone to prescribe under-the-radar in a post-Roe America.)

Further, there are better treatments for Cushing’s syndrome—most cases are simply caused by overmedication, and can be treated simply by tapering the patient off of the medication. The remainder may be better treated by other medications. Mifepristone itself doesn’t treat the cortisol excess, it only prevents the excess cortisol from negatively impacting the patient specifically with respect to cognitive effects—and most of Cushing’s symptoms are not cognitive.

Further, her involvement through her statistical modeling work does not somehow absolve her of, or separate her from, the company’s actions. Indeed, a statistician who exploits post hoc analysis or p-value hacking (effectively all of statistics today, frankly, in this mathematician’s opinion) is indeed *the* guilty party in bad science. The statistician is the one who, through such deceptive statistics, perverts simple data into deception and an irrelevant molecule into a counterproductive patent remedy. The statistician is indeed the most guilty party when it comes to cases of medical malfeasance like this, closely followed by the marketing team—the scientist just extracts data from an experiment.

      • Rocky

Not buying your koolaide. Statisticians are needed for research and they can be fact checked like everything else. A case in point was a doctor who stated that Autism was caused by vaccinations and printed this in the New England Journal of Medicine. He was found to be lying. As to “better treatments for Cushing’s syndrome”, that’s your opinion. Some Endocrinologists would differ because they are the ones seeing these patients. And some patients can’t be tapered off steroids so there is a role for the drug. Pharmaceutical companies are always looking for the drug that will make them millions so if they find a drug addresses several diseases, it is all about money. RU86 has been around forever; not seeing your point. And by the way, I am not a fan of Ford’s; just pointing out your discrepancies.

    • Chester Courtland

Psychological biostatisticians are brought in to measure the contraindications of drugs, biologics and medical devices. It’s part of any clinical trial for these products. There are always questions about what kinds of emotional and psychological issues women and men experience when taking any kind of pharmaceutical product. Google emotional and psychological adverse effects that accompany RU-486. There is endless research on the psychological issues women face when they take the morning after pill.

  • I MD

This is government corruption all about Pro Life stance. These democrats are committing treason.

  • Cathy Thomas

I think Christine, should apologize immediately to save herself from a future life of misery. Very shameful to try and ruin an entire family’s life

    • Chester Courtland

Hopefully Ford will do the honorable thing and take her own life.

  • Thomas N Fairbanks

I went to the company website. The name on the research papers is Blasey C. CM It does not say Christine Blasey Ford. Are we sure this is the same person. I would like to pass this on but if it is not her I would rather not be made a fool of.

    • Lucretia Mott

Yes, because elsewhere on the news I’ve heard it said she goes by Christine Blasey too.

  • Thomas N Fairbanks

I went to politifact and it looks like the Corcpet company scrubbed “Ford” and left Blasey C on their website.

  • Lucretia Mott

Could this be the real reason why she never came forward all these years before, as he climbed the ladder of success? Only until the word came out of his appointment to the SC did she decide she should do ‘something’ to protect her financial interest and inserted his name and face into her past traumatic experience? After all, she could easily prove she “knew” him even if she only knew OF him, and decided to go for it. This plot keeps thickening and it sure ain’t over yet.

    • Steve

Hey, hey , hey, did this person ever claim to have American Indian blood?

  • Samsquanch

    “Women don’t lie!”

Such a massive lie in and of itself.

  • Rocky

I just went to your link and none of those research papers referenced using Mifepristone for an abortion. They are about research with cancer and one was about PTSD. Not that I am defending her, I’m just fact checking.

  • J.banks

Ford is a PhD. Not an MD. She teaches and researches in PSYCHOLOGY. Psychologists can’t even prescribe meds, much less take any part in designing them. There is no form of pharmacology or even biochemistry taught in a psychology program. Psychologists go to grad school, not med school. A PSYCHIATRIST is a medical doctor and goes to medical school, but the only medicines a psychiatrist would work in are psychiatric medicines. They wouldn’t even be researching in medicines that would deal with neurological disorders like Parkinson’s (that would be a neuroscientist), much less an entirely different system, like the reproductive system. That is just not how science works. And I don’t know any research scientist that simultaneously runs a lab at a university AND works for a pharma company. Researchers who work for companies don’t own their research, the company does. The researcher is paid a salary and works on whatever the company tells them to. A university researcher finances their own labs through grants, and their success (and money) are shared with the university and can be taken at any time by the grant giver (usually the government). Most scientist, even successful scientists, do not become outrageously wealthy. The people who get wealthy off pharma are likely business men who had a great deal of money to begin with. They are certainly not college professors. If you want a reason to question Ford’s motivations, you’ll have to look under a different rock.
