Researcher and cultural analyst George Barna, founder of The Barna Group, joins Foundations of Freedom’s Conversations on Culture to discuss a recent study on millennials. Barna highlights a number of statistics they’ve uncovered relating to millennials’ life purpose, mental health, personal relationships and individual faith, including:

  • A lower proportion, just 65%, identify with the Christian faith
  • Three out of 4 say they are personally searching for a sense of their purpose in life, the highest number Barna has ever seen
  • 54% say they often feel anxious, depressed or fearful

Watch the full video above to hear more about the new study, “Millennials in America.” Barna also shares his interpretation of the data and outlines some steps the Church can take to minister to millennials.
