Thomas A. Glessner is the founder and President of the National Institute of Family and Life Advocates (NIFLA), a public interest law firm founded in 1993 and committed to legal counsel and training for Pregnancy Resource Centers. NIFLA represents more than 1,350 Pregnancy Resource Centers across the country.

Anne O’Connor has been with the National Institute of Family and Life Advocates (NIFLA) since 1993. She served as NIFLA’s General Counsel until she joined the staff full-time as the Vice President of Legal Affairs in April 2013.
