Cecil is a firearms historian and Federal Firearms Licensee. He started his writing career with the Western Shooting Journal based in Seattle, Wash. Cecil has worked in many different industries, most recently as a professional truck driver. He is a proponent of the Second Amendment and a fierce advocate of individual freedom. He is married to his wonderful wife Wendi of 22 years and has three children.
