Alex Traiman, CEO and Bureau Chief of Jewish News Syndicate (JNS), spoke with The Stream recently about the terrorist attacks from Hamas that began October 7 this year in Israel. Traiman talked about why Jews were caught off-guard when the sirens rang out, how Israelis are resilient, and what Americans can do to help Israel.
