Donald Trump Jr. continued to blast the media and the Democrats about their coverage of his meeting with a Russian lawyer during the 2016 Presidential campaign, calling it “nonsense” and calling them desperate in a tweet sent out Tuesday morning.

Media & Dems are extremely invested in the Russia story. If this nonsense meeting is all they have after a yr, I understand the desperation!

Trump Jr. has been taking heat for a meeting reportedly to receive damaging material on Hillary Clinton. Trump Jr. was allegedly informed in an email prior to the meeting with a Kremlin-connected lawyer of a Russian government effort to help his father.
