Something needs correcting in this article:
    “The driver was arrested.”
“It remains unclear if the driver of the car has been apprehended.”

A gentleman by the name of James Alex Fields – the son of a paraplegic widow, has reportedly been arrested for the crime.

Based on what I’m reading elsewhere this piece seems a tad skewed, and the writing is confusing. For instance, did the car plow into a peaceful protest, or was the area including the street devoid of anyone other than protesters? Video footage suggests a human wave filling the street with a car or cars running into the crowd, then the rear car reversing to escape. Given the nature of the crowd escape would actually make sense! I’m also unclear on whether current legal codes would permit the protesters to be charged with jaywalking, reckless endangerment etc, and since they were committing a crime at the time of the fatality, in theory each could be held liable for the death if it’s deemed a murder. IANAL but I believe involvement in criminal conduct is all that’s required for crimes committed by others who may or may not be associated with you to be added to your docket. There’s also the question of who the so called white nationalists were fighting, and who started it. This article says “… violent clashes broke out between white nationalists, who descended on the town …, and others who arrived to protest the racism. While it was the so called anti-racists fighting with the so called white nationalists I’m not sure who started the violence. At least some of the articles suggest the supportopposition isn’t restricted to racists either. There was also a noticeable absence of police until the right to assemble was held to no longer be valid. Note from what I’m reading the BLM, Antifa and other such supremacists weren’t targeted with the requirement to disperse.

One place you write the driver was arrested, the second he’s not been apprehended..Well? Which is it?

When you are “pro-white,” “pro-marriage,” or “pro-heterosexuality,” where would suggest all those within the society that surrounds you that you feel superior to should go?
