The Fight to Stop Abortion Continues
In a 3-2 decision, the South Carolina Supreme Court struck down the new state law banning abortion after a fetal heartbeat is detected, ruling it an unconstitutional violation of a woman’s right to privacy. South Carolina law currently bans abortion after 20 weeks of pregnancy.
Attorney General Alan Wilson said, “We respectfully, but strongly, disagree with the court’s ruling,” and that he was working with Gov. Henry McMaster’s office to review legal options moving forward.

In a related story, the Biden Administration has once again prioritized abortion over protecting women’s health, naturally in the guise of protecting “women’s health.” Under new rules, the FDA will allow any pharmacy to dispense mifepristone, the abortion-inducing drug that used to be dispensed only by a few mail-order pharmacies and specially-certified doctors or clinics.

That’s because, as LifeNews.com puts it, it’s a dangerous drug that’s not only killed millions of babies, it’s injured thousands of women who’ve taken it. CVS and Walgreens announced that they will start dispensing this drug, which has already sparked a boycott movement among pro-life activists.
If you saw the movie “Unplanned,” it recounted Abby Johnson’s real life experience in taking this drug. She was misled into thinking it was just a harmless pill, which left her unprepared for the intense vomiting, bleeding and other terrifying effects she suffered. She recounts them in detail here, but I warn you, it’s not for the weak of heart or stomach.
