The false promises of Socialism continue to take root in the minds of Americans, especially among younger generations. Therefore we must remember and teach the principles that have made America the most prosperous nation in history. Ownership of private property is one of those key issues being challenged today. And yet economists have proven that the lack of firmly protected property rights for the poor is the main cause of persistent poverty in the Third World. There is a better way, and we need look no further than the Bible to find it.
