House Minority Leader Representative Rep. Nancy Pelosi refused to answer a question on whether an unborn child is a human being and stated such a question has “no basis” in public policy on Thursday.

Pelosi responded to a question on whether “an unborn baby with a human heart and a human liver is a human being” by dismissing “ideological questions.”
