    So in Alaska, minors have the same rights as adults?? Doesn’t that mean that parents have no rights to decide what their children can and cannot do? Doesn’t that also mean that minors who commit crimes must be treated as adults? Doesn’t that mean that minors are allowed to buy anything that adults can buy? Doesn’t it mean that there really is no such thing as a minor in Alaska?
