No, Science Isn’t ‘A Boy Thing’

No, science isn’t everything, but it is important. Why is thisย field overwhelmingly dominated by men? Where are all the women?

As you see in the video above, many young girls are quite passionate about science, but as they get older, something changes. Young girls and women aren’t exactly encouraged to pursue careers in the science field. The video above is a new Microsoft ad launched on International Women’s Day, encouraging these young ladies that science isn’t just for the boys and to go after their dreams.
