Medal of Honor recipient Flo Groberg speaks to U.S. troops at the Taji Military Complex in Iraq on Christmas Day 2017.

Flo Groberg is an American warrior who I’m proud to call my friend and co-author. Our book, 8 Seconds of Courage: A Soldier’s Story from Immigrant to the Medal of Honor, is being released today in paperback. I hope you will be as inspired by Flo’s heroism – and enduring commitment to our troops, as the above photo demonstrates – as I am.
