Vietnam War 1970 – Artillery Crew at FSB Ripcord.

A U.S. artillery crew fires a 105mm howitzer from Fire Support Base (FSB) Ripcord, Republic of Vietnam, July 20, 1970. The photo was taken during a 23-day siege, which ran from July 1 and until the heavily outnumbered U.S. forces were evacuated on July 23.
