“Greetings: Marine Corporal James R. Swauger, Marine Attack Squadron 311 [VMA-311], Marine Aircraft Group 12 [MAG-12] displays the seven foot greeting he received from Sister ‘Marine’ Maureen and Sisters of Mercy at a Catholic convent in Toledo, Ohio. Swauger has posted his greeting on the group flight line for all to see (official USMC photo by 1st Lieutenant Joe Collins).”
