“We know that we are from God, and the whole world lies in the power of the evil one.

“And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding, so that we may know him who is true; and we are in him who is true, in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life.

“Little children, keep yourselves from idols.”

The Founders must be spinning in their graves. Who among them would have imagined that “equality” would ever come to mean that sodomites and other sexual deviates could claim to be equal to normal people, and that the power of government would force the normal to accept the abnormal.

No one seems to understand that HB2 is not about discrimination against gays. It is about furthering an agenda. There was no need for the law to begin with. People are going to use the public restroom that they feel most comfortable in. Homosexuals have been going to the restroom with straight people for years.

Nancy Pelosi just wants to gripe about something because she knows Hillary is in trouble.

Obama is up in arms because he had his 2012 convention in Charlotte and still lost the state in the general election.

Why is it that Demoncrats, even as a minority, are still able to attach their amendments to spending bills to advance their agenda, but Republicans cannot?!? Like, how about attaching an amendment defunding Planned Parenthood to the bill, instead of their useless “show vote” stand-alone bills to do so?

    • Dean Bruckner

This may have been a useless “show vote” amendment, since the entire appropriation bill it was attached to failed by a wide margin this morning.

  • Dean Bruckner

Fortunately, the bill with this toxic rider (amendment) failed BIG on the House floor this morning (Thurs May 26).
