‘The Gunmen Fired at Random, Stopped to Reload, Then Fired Again’: Survivors of the San Bernardino Shooting Describe How 14 People Were Killed at Their Christmas Party

Survivors of the mass shooting in San Bernardino have told of the terrifying moment masked gunmen broke into the center where they were having a Christmas party before opening fire.

Denise Peraza, 27, who works as an environmental health specialist for the county of San Bernardino, was inside theย Inland Regional disability center when the shooting started at 11.15am.

Peraza, who was shot in the lower back during the attack but survived, said the attackers walked into the room dressed head to toe in black and wearing black face masks.
