Doctors Told Her Abort Two of Her Triplets. She Refused, Now Has Three Healthy Children

A mother who refused to abort two of her triplets in a bid to save the third is now gearing up for her babies’ first birthday – after all three were born healthy.

Liz Brewer, 41, from Tunbridge Wells, Kent, fell pregnant naturally with Oriana, Dallon and Deacon, who are currently 11 months old.

At just 13 weeks she was offered a selective reduction, to abort the twins in her pregnancy to give the single baby a better chance

Property developer Liz said: ‘It has been an amazing ending to our pregnancies and has helped to heal us.

‘We will never forget our first born son but the triplets have enabled us to have a very different ending to our story and we know we would never have had them had we not lost our son.

‘I’d always had a strange feeling that I would have triplets, but it was still a huge shock. My husband Timo and I just giggled at each other.’
