China Carfentanil Ban a ‘Game-Changer’ for US Opioid Epidemic

China is adding the deadly elephant tranquilizer carfentanil and three related synthetic opioids to its list of controlled substances effective March 1, China's National Narcotics Control Commission said Thursday.
