Build a Wardrobe that Works for Your Body

We’ve all heard the typical list of “style staples” we’re supposed to own in order to have a successful wardrobe: the trench, the work suit, the crisp white button-down, the little black dress. These are all great pieces, but—I don’t know about you—I never related to them. (I didn’t even own a button-down shirt until two years ago!)

It’s a given that we need a great pair of jeans, a cocktail dress for events, and a quality coat. But I’m proposing a different list in addition to the closet archetype—a fresh, fun, and modern take on the staples you can layer, mix and match, and wear again and again (and again).
