Beautiful Churches: Armenian Genocide Memorial Church

This Armenian Apostolic church was build in dedication to the victims of the Armenian Genocide in 1915. The church was built between 1989 and 1990 and was located in the Dier ez Zor region of Syria.

On 21 September 2014, the complex was destroyed by ISIS.
