Baltimore Cop Who Shot Suspect in Groin Charged with Attempted Murder
The bail is set for a 14-year-veteran of the Baltimore City Police Department charged with first- and second-degree attempted murder after he shot a burglary suspect in the groin at close range.
WJZ Investigator Mike Hellgren reports that bail is set at $1 million for Officer Wesley Cagle
Cagle was put on routine administrative leave, then suspended following the December 2014 incident.
